Can you really call Santana a "Ace" anymore? He hasn't been close to as good since leaving Minnesota. I'd say he's a high level #2 at this point.Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Maybe a DH if I give them Soriano? I think I may go that route too, in invent I can find a way to unload Dempster, Soto, and even LaHair to get me a young OF to bring in to round of my potential OF combo of Jackson, Szczur, and the new prospect.NFL: Green Bay Packers
NCAA: Wisconsin Badgers
NBA: Milwaukee Bucks

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
Hi there!
I have some selection headache, and I'm looking for your help.
I'm with the RedSox, just started spring training. I have signed Oswalt and Soler, but that's all. My problem is selecting the 5th starter and what shoul I do with the rest?
I have the 1,2,3,4 starters set in stone:
1. Lester
2. Beckett
3. Buchholz
4. Oswalt
After them I have:
Bard (I'm not decided If he will be a starter or not)
DiceK
Lackey
So should I pick DiceK or Lackey over Bard, and I put Bard back to the bullpen. Or should I pick Bard, but what will I do with Lackey and DiceK then?
Of course everything depends on the performances in spring training (I plan to play 3/4 of spring training).Comment

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
I am the Reds and looking to get Murphy from the Mets. There was some talk this offseason about them being interested in Bailey but now that the season is here it looks like they are going to lean on him to start and they are really short in the middle infield. Do you think I could reasonably get him? I was thinking Bailey straight up or packaging him with Didi but with Tejada I don't think they would value a high prospect SS.

Re: 2012 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread
In my Marlins chise I'm 1-5. I refuse to go below all-star, kind of a personal challenge. Anyways my dilemma is Heath Bell. I would be 3-3 instead of 1-5 if not for him being 0/2 in save opportunities with an ERA over 100 yes, 100. Should I hold on and give him more chances? I know it's VERY early and the Marlins just paid him all that money. A couple more performances like that though and I'll need a new closer.
