I don’t think this is the case. I figured the plan was probably to send him or Voit down as people came back, but no one did before Bird got injured. It doesn’t matter what side of the plate you hit from if you bat under .200 and don’t hit homers.

Tauchman, Wade, and Tarpley are probably the first ones down.

I'm done with Bird. At least Tauchman is making the most of his time up here.

Uhh is it about time to fire all the trainers. Why the **** is this team so injury prone. They are young.

Our IL team would be a playoff contender at this point.

5 wins outta last 6 with a AAA roster. Impressive.

The bullpen needs to get its **** together. But Chappy was magical and Britton held serve.

              Good series.

Yea they've blown about 8 games. It's not what you want. Chad Green has been a human pinball machine. At least Chappy looked good.

Chad Green DEAR GOD, I have been saying we need to explore trades before he implodes for a while but wow. This is something else.

Boone winning with this beat up roster is very Girardi-esque.

                          Green needs to be rested.
I feel like they are trying to get him to pitch out of this but maybe he needs like a week off.

I don't think they are going to demote him. Yankees don't seem to enjoy sending that message. They didn't when Betances looked like hot garbage in 2017. I expect they'll let Green figure it out.

They sent Green down. Sanchez up.

Green basically sent down for Tarpley, Higashioka also going down to make room for Sanchez. What a disaster for Chad Green bullpen arms fluctuate year by year but wow has this guy seen a real fall from grace.
