I think the models look really good besides the super skinny guys. Normal build and thick players look better, skinny players are a little too skinny.

Overall the models have regressed. That's frustrating. No need to defend the obvious. Some players look great, but overall their lacking. Hopefully they'll patch it because it looks bad

Why not become one? They are started as gamers. I say that because you act like these jobs are so easy. Maybe if you actually saw what they do, they you could appreciate it. The first thing you all say "im not a game designer" yet you are quick to tell them that they tanked, while having no idea what they do. So, why not look into it? Since this Art Team obviously "tanked" on this game and clearly they just don't care maybe you and others can replace these people

Just watched the full game stream between Ronnie and LD2K, holy crap the skinny model on Rubio, Wiggins etc looks TERRIBLE. Like it literally looks like a bad cartoon.

They need to patch that **** ASAP or once everyone gets the game there will be a torrent of complaints.

Yep. You are right Sundown. 2k overreacted to all the complaints about player bodies in 2k16 and didn't do their homework in regards to tweaking all 400+ players to perfection and that's on them. I have been a member at OS for years and I have noticed 1st hand how 2k tries too hard to please everyone and that's due to the fact that the majority of complainers that voice their displeasure about things often fail to provide detailed constructive criticism and they are usually the loudest (See introduction of the infamous patch 4). I've said for years that 2k needs to do a better job of filtering who they listen to and make sure it vibes with their own dev team's vision. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so I try not to put one man's opinion over another as gospel but I personally had no huge problem with the bodies in 2k16. Others here are way more analytical about that and I don't fault them for it but I thought bodies were the least of 2k16's problems. There is always a counterexample to a statement so please don't interpret that I'm saying everyone who complains isn't constructive. The cyberfaces and skin tones were another story for me but the bodies I could deal with as they weren't the eyesore for me as they were for many others here. I just find it a little funny that some are now wishing they had the 2k16 bodies back. I am fine with people complaining as I do that myself (specifically about legend cyberfaces)so don't take my comments the wrong way.

Just give all those noodle armed players body type 3 ( steph curry 2k16 model) and be done with it until 2k18

This is a very good idea.

At the very least, this would put real pressure on 2K to make a correction as NBA players have a much louder and embarrassing voice than us art geeks.
