And I’m not one to add ppl off 1 good game because that hurts you more than helps more times that not. Dudes get lucky and go 9/10 and you add them then the next whole week they are trash like I’m cool on adding ppl from only a coup good games

I also delete ppl fairly quickly if they string together too many bad days of poor play.

I've got 2 different sets of friends right now. Lol I got buddies that are on during the day and then buddies that will run all night with me. Sometimes those circles overlap. But really, man, most of these guys been running with me since 14. We all know each other's real names, lol. Know where everybody lives and ****. I prolly am closer with some of these guys than people I associate with on a day to day basis. LMFAO it might be sad, but it's true. One of them threw me a $25 PSN card so I could get my plus going again. LMFAO

I'm not the best player, at all. I have rough nights like last night even. But still it's funny to me when people can't find teammates consistently.

            Bruh it actually happens

90% of my friends stopped playing this 2k months ago. I have a couple friend who just aren’t good so i can’t bring myself to invite them. The 2 That are good are only different timelines than me. Then as i said before I’m not all that social.

On top of that last year i had a PS4. So last and this year Iv has to restock my friends lists.

I’m also not one to just not play at all if i don’t have friends but i think I’m finally at that point. The game is just so much fun when played with ppl and so horrible when played with randoms. It’s literally the only game i have with such a dynamic. It must be a coincidence that it’s also the game with the worst matchmaking ever, no Lobbies, and no way to weed out crappy players without sitting through a worthless 2k card to rarely ever displays the persons correct record

What’s some of your guys favorite power forward builds. I have shot creator athletic. And slow grinding a sharp athletic but thinking about playing in wr select draft league and want a fresh power forward build thinking about shot post slashing rim or sharp rim. Height 6’9 to 6’11. If not a post scorer I’d like to be athletic

A 6'10 pure athletic is the best PF build in the game. He can do anything.

Re: Dual Archetypes Confirmed... Thoughts? Combinations?

So I’ve been playing my 7’3 Two-Way Rebounder all year with pretty good results. The biggest issues I see with it are

                      1. Limited Offensive Game - Most of my baskets are on clear cuts to the basket or put backs. I’m most likely to finish the game with 12 points on 6-8 shooting because I rarely force a bad shot but I rarely have monster games. If I have poor playmakers or there’s a lot of activity in the paint, it’s very difficult for me to score as this build has weak offensive stats and badges. Since I almost always play alone, this can be especially frustrating with bad teammates.

                      2. Lack of Floor Spacing - While I almost never camp in the paint, I feel like a lot of my matchups essentially ignore me while I set screens and stay in the paint protecting the rim. So while I’m not clogging up the lane myself, drivers still have to deal with a big at the rim.

                      3. Matchups with Stretch 5s - I honestly don’t find Stretches difficult to play against. Most just run around the perimeter hunting for 3s and rarely mix in enough drives to even cause me grief. The rough part is they pull me away from my strengths - rebounds and blocks. So a lot of these matchups are super dull for me. The only potential impact I can have is on the offensive glass since I lack the offensive tools to really punish a stretch’s weak D.

On the plus side I get tons of rebounds, cause tons of misses at the rim via blocks or contests, and rack up a bunch of assists off boards both on the fast break and on kick outs.

That said, I’m kinda torn on what route I want to take next year with my Center. What do you guys find to be most valuable in your centers?

                      Defense/Rebounding
                      Offence/Rebounding
                      Offence/Floor Spacing
                      Something else?

Considering how this year, D and Rebs Come naturally with height, i’d just focus on offense

I'm starting to think I need to start grinding on my pure athletic Center. He's 7' and I haven't played too many games on him, he's only an 80. But more about more I'm finding my game less than satisfactory at other positions. None of my guards are sharps so I'm less valued by my peers for offense unless I'm running point with my forward. It's fun, don't get me wrong, but I'm a slasher at heart and my guards don't finish the way I want.

I see my 6'10 buddy playing well but the only thing I'd say he needs it's height. Which my center has more of. We're both 260, but he's got all the badges and is a 94. It'll take me a while to get there, but there's no real draw backs to that build. I wanna kill people again.

wow no kidding, if this archetype builder is accurate:

basically no serious weakness (given pure slashers hit 3's semi regularly still).

I may really have to put this game down early this year, fellas. I'm done.

Playing point forward is okay. It's more of an inconvenience than anything else. I'm constantly having to run back to get the inbound, or I'm inbounding myself so my teammates run away.

My playmaking slasher PG doesn't play good defense, nor can I shoot consistently.

My slashing shot Creator is too inconsistent with the mid-range game without HOF badges and doesn't finish due to height, plus I'm one point shy of the 86 ball control cap but that one point is a tremendous difference in the half court.

Pure slasher is worthless due to NONE type of shot.

Post first is pointless. Sharp second on my power forward isn't consistent.

My two centers are just so beyond a boring grind, plus I'm just not that good at center.

My pure athletic buddy is also getting frustrated now. We played a game in team tonight where every contact he got he was spammed out of it.

This game is truly insulting to the game it's supposed to represent.
