Facts!! Lol

I don’t make roster edits simply because I want my slider set to give consistent results to the vast majority of players who only use the 2K default roster. Once my set is posted I will probably move on to testing sliders for one of the custom rosters, but not a roster I edit myself.

And yea I basically have all foul sliders set to 100 except for Reaching and Illegal Screen (both at 50 for now), and CPU Shooting Foul is at 60 as posted in the OP.

Good lord, I don't understand how the gameplay speed and flow is different every time I turn on my console. The last week or so 54 Game Speed felt perfect, now I've got it cranked up to 60 with higher Movement slider settings to get the same speed of gameplay I was getting yesterday/last week.

This is getting beyond stupid. CMON 2k.

I now know Im not losing my mind, because the same thing is happening to me basically everytime I turn on my console. Ive felt for a few yrs now, that the speed of the players would change every time they would put out a update, even if its just a roster update, or a update for the 2kTV, I would notice a change in the speed of players.
Sometimes, they feel like they are playing in sand, and other times, its like they are on ice, and uncontrollable. Its 1 of the main reasons, why for the past few yrs, I have lost interest around this time of yr, because I can never get the sliders, mainly speed, right. Its actually probably been more like several yrs ago, than a few, because I cant remember when the last time, I played NBA2k, all thruout the basketball season, without really taking a break.

I really thought, it may just be my imagination, considering, the pain meds I have been on for the past several yrs now, since I never really seen anyone else say much about this. But now I know, its not just me going batty

I know everyone seems a little down on the game, but I'm using your sliders in the OP on Superstar, with the addition of Shady Mike's tendencies, and have had three incredible games in a row in my MyLeague. Things seems pretty close to good for me. Can't wait for your tendency sliders! Thanks for all the great work!

I tried inputting your adjustments on top of Shady's sliders and had a good time. Your movement sliders are perfect, coupled with 54 game speed it's the most naturally I've seen these players ever move. You nailed it by narrowing the gaps, at default big guys just don't move as they should.

Thanks man. I’m pretty proud of the movement with this set, so I’m glad you enjoy it!

I feel like I’m close to getting a decent base set put together, so hopefully I can get that finished up so that more people are likely to use my set and give me feedback. I know everyone is looking for a one stop shop for sliders and they don’t really want to have to mix and match, but at least these settings are a great option coupled with Shady’s sliders so far [emoji1305]

Yeah, I'm one of those, LOL. It's cause I believe that, once you change a section of sliders, as movement for example, you affect how some other sections behave as a side effect, so a set designed as a whole, if done well, tends to bring the best results. TBH the combo of your set with Shady's was far from perfect to me stats wise, but it was very enjoyable anyway.

The best combination I've found so far though is:

- Schnaidt's sliders (including his recent tweaks of 50/50 for lateral quickness, 50 for post shots and 40 for attack the basket);
- Eccentric's game speed, acceleration and speed attribute sliders and his entire movement section;
- My own personal tweaks of 65 direction/25 distance/10 openness for pass target profile and 50/58 for 3PT success instead of 49/60 of Schnaidt's.

It was the closest to perfect for me after trying a lot of different slider sets. But I'm still expecting Eccentric's full set and hoping it could be the definitive experience, the guy is very wise.

I started with pro as he suggested.

I'm not really sure of how relevant this is in the grand scheme of things. I tested HOF sliders that to me were much easier than Schnaidt's.

I dl'ed a slider set off PS by a user named Hellburger with a title of eccentricwithshady hoping it was the slider set of eccentric's mixed with shady's tendencies. Seems to be the one I believe and is playing well so far. Will report results soon, have been extremely frustrated trying slider sets this season, too easy or too difficult same song and dance as usual!

Yea it’s a pain to tweak sliders this year. Game seems to play different every time you start it up. I feel bad for those of you who play the game regularly. Hopefully that combination works well for you until I get something finalized.
