    Re: 2014 Draft Class

I'm not even sure. He said he's playing the matchups, so maybe he just doesn't see Hansbrough fitting in any matchup against the Nets. Raptors PF situation is fine though, which is why I want them to get a guy who's a C and not a PF/C or something. The 1 game he played vs Nets as a Raptor,he did great, so really don't know why he's not in.

Yeah I agree y'all have depth at PF, but I meant play him instead of Hayes. I know he technically isn't a center, but I think he can do it as well as Hayes can. Especially with Lopez out, BK doesn't really have a true center either.

        Re: 2014 Draft Class

Maybe Raptors next game could take a page out of Nets playbook and actually start playing certain bench players more. Nets realized Pierce/KG were doing bad against Raptors and started playing others(like Teletovic,Anderson) much more and it paid off alot(those 3 pointers....!!!!)

        Back to the draft....
        C-Nurkic
        PG-Ennis

are the 2 main guys I'd want to get. SF wise, there's so many projected mid-late 1st round. Jerami Grant,TJ Warren are probably the 2 main guys I'd look at for SF(I believe both are fairly good shooters and defenders,2 things Raptors need off the bench)

Grant, Stauskas, McDermott, LaVine and Saric are the guys I'm really interested in. I want to trade up as high as possible, though, maybe get a guy like Vonleh or Smart or someone who slips.

I feel like Vonleh has the biggest chance of anybody not named Wiggins, Embiid, Parker, Randle & Exum to sneak into the top 5. He has a TON of potential.

For now it seems like Vonleh has the most pop after those 5 names. As far as who could sneak in to the top 5 you could also see Smart or possibly Saric if he has God workouts.

Marcus Smart measured at 6'3.25" in shoes, compared to 6'2.25" for Ennis. But Smart is 50 pounds heavier. Good lord lol.

Also, Jordan Adams has dropped from 230 to 209 since the season ended. Looks like a completely different person.

Also also, Vonleh measured at just under 6'10" with a 7'4.25" wingspan and the 2nd largest hands ever measured I believe. Just crazy measurements.

And lastly, James Young measured at 6'7.75" in shoes with a 7'0" wingspan. He's going to sky rocket between that and what I expect will be a great vert.

Good lord Vonleh! He's going early, he's already better offensively than any other big man in this class.

I think Young and Jerami Grant will rise as the process goes on. Grant measured at just under 6'8" in shoes with a 7'2" wingspan and a standing reach of 8'11". I think that's long enough that he'll start to get looked at as a face up PF, which is a MUCH better look for him than being a SF.

Exum also measured over 6'6" with a 6'9" wingspan. He's going to be a problem in the NBA.

Didn't think Young was actually that tall. Still terrified if him being another Nick Young/JR Smith type of dude.

Vonleh will continue to rise. Grant, I dunno, still not high on him. He has almost no skill to speak of. He's kinda a smaller version of Brandon Wright/Ed Davis/Devin Ebanks/etc.

Exum is a legit 6'6? Unless he completely bombs workouts he will be top 5-6 or at least seems like he will be

6'6" in shoes, 6'9.75" wingspan (I was off in my original post about his wingspan). *** ****.

I don't expect his vert to be on the level of MCW last year or guys like Westbrook and Rose, but he's going to be great. Personally, he reminds me a bit of Brandon Roy from what I've seen.

A little, I agree. Exum doesn't seem overly athletic, I guess MCW is a decent comparison in terms of length/size/athleticism. Not sure on skillset yet.

Please let Vonleh be there when the Lakers pick. If we can't get a top 3 pick, he's the player I want over everybody else.

Also PJ shot the lights out as expected. He can be a very good 6th man if all you need is scoring.
