I'm sorry to trouble you again about trades.

In your settings, what do you have the trades set at? For example, I have mine set at manual (sp).
If you can read this, thank a teacher. If you can read this in english, thank a soldier.

Way to let loose against Milwaukee and 5 wins in a row. For Baltimore, that's a hot streak.

Hey doncoryell, you guys are never any trouble. I have mine set to manual as well, however as you know, I only accept any offers the AI makes for me, with the exception of one decline a year.

Hey gtm, tell me about it. It's my hottest streak yet, and I just clobbered the ball all over the place. I'm kind of shocked to tell you the truth. Makes me want to move to the NL. LOL!!! I'm sure I'm in for a letdown soon though, the "Birds" have been playing way to good for their talent. LOL!!

Orioles rally in 9th to earn 6th straight win!!!!!

Chicago, IL - Fate may have been the reason for Baltimore's 6th straight victory tonight at Wrigley Field in Chicago. Before the game started, Daniel Cabrera felt something in his right shoulder that forced him to the bench in favor of Jim Johnson. Jim delivered 7.0 IP, and allowed only 1 run on 2 hits before leaving with a no-decision due to no offensive support. In the top of the 2nd, Melvin Mora hit a deep shot to left center field, only to be robbed of a home run by Alfonso Soriano who scaled the wall to bring it back into the yard. Aramis Ramirez would hit one just a few feet further in the bottom of the 2nd to give the Cubbies a 1-0 lead. That would be all of the scoring until Kerry Wood entered the game in the 9th in effort of his 17th save of the year, but the "Birds" would have second thoughts. With 2 outs in the 9th and Brian Roberts at 3rd, Luke Scott lined one down the line at 1st, off the glove of a diving Derek Lee to score the tying run. Aubrey Huff would then reach on a dropped 3rd strike that would've ended the inning putting runners at 1st and 2nd. Melvin Mora would then avenge Soriano's amazing play, by driving in the go ahead run with a single to center field. The O's would then hit 3 more consecutive RBI singles to blow the game wide open. Jamie Walker would pitch a flawless bottom of the 9th and give the Orioles their 6th straight win over the senior circuit. Both teams will do it again tomorrow.

Windy City Woes!!!!! Cubs bullpen blows another lead to give Orioles 7th straight win!!!!!

Chicago, IL - Once again the Orioles rallied in late innings to knock off the Cubs as the bullpen for the home team could not contain the Orioles offense. The O's jumped off to an early 1-0 lead before the Cubs got 3 unanswered runs on home runs by Theriot and Ramirez. Ryan Dempster left in the 7th looking for his 9th win of the year, leading 3-2 after a Nick Markakis homerun in the 6th. With the game set at 4-2 in the top of the 8th, the meltdown began. Kevin Millar, in a pinch-hitting role for O's reliever Jensen Lewis, who picked up the win pitching only 0.2 of an inning, delivered a 1-out home run to left center field to cut the lead to 4-3. After a Brian Roberts walk, Nick Markakis delivered again with a game tying double to the left center field gap. The O's took the lead the very next at-bat when O's RBI leader Luke Scott, blooped one into center field. Ramon Hernandez then added a 2-run RBI single to blow the game open at 7-4. George Sherrill finally got the opportunity for his 19th save, and delivered despite giving up a lead-off home run in the 9th. On a side note, Aubrey Huff extended his team high hitting streak to 14 games. Huff and the rest of the Orioles continue to roll as they will look for the sweep tomorrow.

Ha, trust me, I'm enjoying it as long as it lasts. I didn't think I would ever win 5 in a row, not alone 7. To bad the Yankees have won 12 straight.

You certainly continued your roll as you are now up to 7 in a row. You've also, I think, have reached one of your goals, which was a 5-game winning streak.

Hopefully the good pitching will continue and you can pass the Rays and get out of the ALE basement by the all-star break.

Too bad you couldn't make a dent in the standings, as this is your best run ever. Yankees at 12 in a row. WOW!!!!

Hey guys, how are you all doing? I'm hoping the Red Sox and Yankees both implode. I'd even root for the Jays if they start to make a run, but it's looking like a 2 team race, unfortunately.

I'm hoping to finish 3rd or 4th for the year, that's my goal and then see what happens come next season. Even if I was .500, I'd be out of it. Ridiculous run by the Yankees, but the O's are the team of the future in MLB 08 the Show. HA!!!
