Kerfoot was easily the laziest player on the team last night. His penalties were all terrible and I was sure he was going to cost the Leafs that game. All that being said, that 3rd period was hella fun to watch as the top guys really stepped up for both teams.

That save that Koskinen made on the feathered pass from Matthews to Marner was an absolute beauty. That pass was perfect along with the deflection, but Koskinen's 6'7" frame was really the difference maker their. I am not going to lie, I could watch the Leafs play the Oilers all the time.

Tonight is Leafs final game in 5 days. A mini bye week of sorts before starting their 3 game MLB series vs the Canucks on Thursday.

Hope they get the win tonight so they go into the off week on a winning note and 5 game win streak. Hopefully Campbell is fine soon too because injuries slowly piling up on their depth.

Leafs defensive play isn't any better than the jerseys they're wearing.

Oilers is nice.

I dont get why Leafs didn't just wear their 80s jersey and put their current logo on it. Literally 1 change and that's their entire retro look and it would've been great.

They're a blue and white team, not sure why the insist on greys so often in these special unis. I know they won their last cup with this logo, but this is probably the Leafs worst logo in their history. Their current logo is similar to the one before that, but what's wrong with channeling their pre 1967 logo? Mid 60s look was best Leafs look, maybe one of best in hockey history.


And back to their defensive play.....McDavid literally just skated past every single Leafs player without anyone hitting him or him passing off the puck and he scored. It's that kind of game for the Leafs.

Oilers win this one in OT thanks to McDavid.

Leafs down 3-1, didnt play so great throughout, at least they got the loser point out of it as much as I hate these loser points (not that I won't take them since teams like Habs have only lost in OT so far so they're racking up some extra points).

Now a long wait until Thursday for the Canucks series.

15 points through 10 games isn't bad though. I'd say 60 points is the minimum teams need for a playoff spot.

Sidney, Ovie and McD all had OT game winners within 12 minutes or what it was. That's pretty remarkable in my opinion.


Nucks actually played well against WPG. They even outshot them and the lotto line was dominant. Demko played well again. Is there actually some hope?

McDavid against the Sens’ defense tonight, anything short of a hat trick, I’ll be disappointed.

Tony DeAngelo got put on waivers, rumors are that Kreider punched him in the face. Again, I wish NHL was so much more popular.

I'm sure someone picks him up, but it's a shame someone with as many off ice problems as he seems to have will continually get chances when his problems have been happening well before he got drafted, which is why his draft spot fell.

No one's gonna put a claim on him with his cap hit + character history. Rangers tried to trade him in the offseason and no one wanted him.

Rangers' SBNation site reported that DeAngelo retrieved the puck from K'Andre Miller's 1st career goal and kept it. DeAngelo is a racist POS so I believe it, and the Rangers social media never tweeted Miller with the puck from his goal.

If it's true, I hope he's banned from the NHL as a whole. Nobody should ever give him a chance again.

Its one thing in today's "cancel culture" to bring up stuff from 10 years in the past, but the fact that things seem to be continuing with him, he has no business around the league, and it's a shame he's making all this money despite being a horrible person.
