I don't know if I'd buy, but it's worth watching for sure.

Re: Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread
:y4: I don't necessarily buy everything... I just buy the things that I think I'll want... lol. If it's worth the buy, I'll get it. I have $62.35 worth of WalMart store credit...so I'll be picking something up eventually.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread
To add to that, right now I'm watching the Transporter and another Holy ****! does this movie look good for being 4 years old. I really hope that HiDef movies interms of DVD do stick around for the long haul, going back and watching regular DVD if I have an option is going to be tough.Comment

Re: Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread
'X-Men: The Last Stand' was not unanimously praised by fans of the series, but it was still a big box office hit. I can't deny that I enjoyed the movie on a pure popcorn level, though it certainly can't compete with the first two Bryan Singer-directed films in the series. As Fox's most high-profile Blu-ray launch title, this release is a great start. The transfer shines, there's a DTS-HD track included for when compatible players and receivers become available, and we get a good suite of extras. Sure, a more supplement-packed version of 'The Last Stand' is inevitable, but in the meantime, this is a very fine offering for Blu-ray fans. My only complaint? At $39.95, Fox's list price for its Blu-ray titles is pretty steep. But if you can get this one at a discount, it's well worth a look.Comment

Re: Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread
I sold both DVD's and ordered the first one from Amazon and need to still order the second one from there. I did rent Transporter 2 via NetFlix and it is well worth the upgrade. I also hear that the Terminator movies look really good also and I was going to upgrade those soon.Comment

Re: Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread
Ooooh... I love the Terminator movies as well. What about Rocky? How did it transfer?
Anyway, I'm thinking I'll pass on the Xmen... I'll just wait until I go tomorrow to pick up some titles that I actually want in my collection.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: Official Blu-Ray & HD-DVD Thread
I really wish that I would have bought the Descent on BD over DVD when it released. I think that it will be great when the rest of the Bond films release, there hasn't been anything announced yet.Comment
