So... I caught the episode last night...

He didn't just pull up in a 350z... he pulled up in a PPW 350z with rims and lip kit... looked like a Seibon TT CF kit but couldn't figure it out... way too little camera time.

Well, that was certainly awkward. They really couldn't stand to be near each other, even at the kids' party. As soon as Jon walked up to Kate, she ran off to get her coat because she was "cold", lol.

I laughed when Kate was still bossing Jon around at the party and he obeyed like a little puppy dog. Dude, man up. If you don't like the way you are being treated (and I think her attitude played a big part in his stepping out) then say something. You not acknowledging the situation only makes it worse and well, you now see the end result.

Seems like divorce is the next step as they were talking about it pretty openly at the end of the show. I know in the past they've talked a lot of their faith. I have to wonder, did they ever seek counseling?

These kids are going to have a hard time going through childhood if the parents split up.

What gets me is that she admits that she goes too far with him, but keeps doing it. Any red-blooded dude is gonna reach a breaking point and confront her with that. It ain't cute, especially in front of the kids.

My wife's sister had a big problem with keeping her mouth shut. That was the main reason she could never keep a dude for long. So when one of her boyfriends just up and cut her off, the reason was that she started cursing him out in public for no reason, just because she was upset at him having to meet his cousin to deliver something. My advice to her was to keep her mouth shut; ain't no dude gonna put up with that crap; either you'll push him too far and he'll lay hands on you, or you'll push him too far right into the arms of the next chick.

It is actually S20 a photo. Which is really funny after she talked about giving back to her fans. Also, the kids are now 5. I don't think people are going to want to watch a show with 5 year old children.

The show had its highest ratings ever and beat every other show in its timeslot (including NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox) on Monday. People will still watch this show even if they are 5.

When you do a show and put your family business out there like that, more times than not, it's going to ruin your family.

The show had its highest ratings ever and beat every other show in its timeslot (including NBC, CBS, ABC and Fox) on Monday. People will still watch this show even if they are 5.

That doesnt surprise me at all, with all the recent news coverage and the constant tabloid stories being written about them it should have been obvious that it was going to draw great ratings. My question is, will the ratings remain consistent throughout the season or did people only tune in to hear what they were going to say about the recent stories and will then move on? What do you think Aaron?

They might tune in to see what is going on, IMO, but not with as large a number as they did on Monday. Unless something comes out like Jon actually did smash the chick, or it's verified that Kate let the bodyguard hit. At that point, the show needs to be taken off of TLC and put on VH1. But there will continue to be that train wreck scenario where everyone will want to see how it's gonna go down.

How long do you think this show will continue? And if it ends in the next year or two, can you see TLC doing like a yearly special seeing where the kids/family are?

I see the show going strong for another year. Then I think it will crash IMO. America has attention deficit disorder, sooner or later another show will draw the flocks of sheep away from JoKate.

I think they are in it only for the money. Marriage and kids be damned. Anyone know how Jon will fair if a divorce takes place...he has 8 FRICKIN' KIDS! That is why I would stay with that b####. How much child support is that? He'll have to sell his car and use one of his kids skateboards to get to his jobs.

I can see them going 2-3 years...

1 just for the drama that is currently going on, and then maybe another if there is by some how a grace of god and they finally put their differences between each other and become "happy" again.

I'll give you a little perspective on how my company views TLC's ratings. If we get a show that does over a 1.0 (1 million viewers) we are ecstatic. Last year before all the drama, J&K's season finale did a 4.7. The season premiere did a 9.8. So millions were already watching the show BEFORE the drama.

Do I expect the show to ever do a 9.8 again? No. Do I even expect it to get a 5 again? No. But if the show drops to the 2-3 range, the company is still happy and still makes alot of money.

They are watching for all the this marriage drama. It will stop and so will this show. After awhile people are going to feel like they wreck the marriage.
