It's interesting that it will only be from 6-7 am. I guess Greenie didn't want it competing with his show.

      What do you mean?
The show will be from 6-10 with Trey Wingo taking over for Greeny.
Golic JR will be on from 6-7 each morning with them.

Over the last 20 years of going to ND football games I have spoke to Golic about 10 times, a few times for over an hour and he was always super nice.
Seriously you will not find a more down to earth dude than Mike Golic.
He "crashed" our tailgate party about 5 years ago and was a blast!

Has that always been the case? In that fascinating video where they announce the end of the show yet don't acknowledge each other Golic was talking about the last year and a half being "somewhat interesting if not eyebrow-raising". Is that when Greenberg told ESPN he wanted to do another show but didn't tell Golic about the decision?

I ran across something that said she and Ryan Seacrest are ALREADY having issues with each other. Something tells me Kelly is a little crap disturber.

Per Sporting News, John Clayton is out at ESPN.

He covered the NFL for 23 years.

he'll still have a local Seattle radio show apparently. This blows though, he was my favorite NFL guy on ESPN...always felt he got quality info.

I know ESPN is going for the younger demo and the entertainment angle but they HAVE to keep some of the credible guys no? Next we're gonna hear that Bob Ley is gone. Almost anyone with an ounce of credibility is being shown the door.

Clayton should have known better than to have focused all of his knowledge and talents on just the NFL. Better to have mediocre credibility across a bunch of sports than be really good with just one. ESPN logic.
