It's weird to me that more people here have heard of Underoath than have heard of the Chevelles. I would have thought they'd be much more well known. If you haven't heard of the Len Price 3 either I think you'll dig their stuff. They write some catchy tunes.

just to make sure, you know that "The Chevelles" is not the same band as the popular band "Chevelle" (vena sera, wonder whats next, this type of thinking could do us in, etc.)

I remember Shamis from GH 1.
Hollywood Undead has a song in Madden 09,not the same song though.
thenewno2 was DLC for RB before.

Other than that this goes under the dissapointing rubbish pile and I doubt these were originally supposed to be in RB 2.

That alone makes these 20 free songs better than I expected. Now they just need to release more of their stuff as the challenge would be insane.

Fiance and myself said we were not going to play last night. (been playing for at least threee hours a night since I got it late Sunday), we get home and say, okay we can play a three song set. Next thing I know we have played for over 2 hours...lol

As far as the free songs. I don't know any of them, but I don't know a lot of the songs on the game anyway. I have found a few songs that I enjoy, that's the good thing. Hearing music you might not have heard before and enjoying it.

Wish they could of picked another Underoath song but its OK. BTBAM is gonna be fun stuff. Thats the kind of music I was looking for. I'll try everything, and what I don't like I will never play again.

I am on the same boat as you man. When I first looked at the songs on the game I didnt know a lot of them and after playing them, I have about 10-15 out of the 50 something that I have unlocked that I actually like. So in a way is good to listen to stuff you have never heard before.

So even in quickplay, I can't play all the songs until they are unlocked correct?

But when I transfer the songs from RB1 over to RB2, I can play all of those from the start and they are going to be on the tour mode too?

cant tell you cuz I havent received my rb1 disc yet, but I heard some1 saying that yes the songs from rb1 will be available to play on quicklist and they will show up on your tour. can some1 confirm this?

Correct. On the band world tour, they will be available during mystery setlist and make-a-set list options. All the songs are also integrated into the Tour Challenges as well, so there will be an option for "Rock Band Warmup Challenge" or something like that.
