    Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

So after returning to Markreth and finishing off the Forsworn quest line I travelled south east to finally find Red Eagles Sword. That was a pretty awesome side quest and I read the book on his legend to get in the spirit for that adventure.

After taking that sword I traveled home to Whiterun to get some much needed rest and also housekeeping with inventory, smithing and alchemy. Something though drew me to travel south east towards Riften.

I am now a full fledged member of the Thieves Guild and I love this guilds questline!

I am really into being a sneak and thief! Here I am a full on destruction mage now picking locks, looting and murdering. I am attached to this guild right now and will see the entire quest line through till I head back to the main quest line which brought m to Riften in the first place.

This game is just insane. I don't see an end to it for oh I don't know, another 100 hours? I am now 103 hours in (only a level 30) and all I have done is become the Archmage and Thane of Whiterun. I have so much left to do....such so much.

Really squishy level 2 mostly-Destruction Mage. Wow ... the game is beautiful, smooth, and I can tell it is going to be a blast to play. I ordered the CE Guide on Amazon today for 24$. Cause this is the type of game that I will get completely lost and confused if I don't have some guidance.

Went into the Hated Steam Camp ... got totally owned. Think I need to up my skills in the outside world before I go into caves.

I don't even know where to begin, but I think I am going to make a trip to the University right now.

I've run into a slight "problem".

I was in Marketh(but this applies to every city) and after completing a quest(and even during)...

That's bogus IMO. If I want to cut myself off from a certain storyline, so be it.

Yep, this is a big known bug with the Forswon Conspiracy quest. There are so many bugs related to that quest. Best advice I could give you is that if you have a past save, reload.

Yep....I tried that first...saw what happened and reloaded my previous save and went about it in a different manner. Sucks I had to do that...but I did not want to have to deal with that everytime I set foot in Marketh.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

What are things to stay away from as a low-level guy? There's quite a bit of terrain I want to explore, but I don't want to rush up a herd of mammoths and giants again. Hellooooo, stratosphere.

Except that if I went into say a house with 5 people in it...and then murdered one....and left, I would have a bounty and expect to be arrested for murder....but the game lets you murder all 5 and removes the bounty and the chance to be arrested because you've killed all the witnesses(I'm pretty sure that's how it works, I don't murder anyone usually)....but in this(and many) case, there are NPC's in the game that are considered "vital" to the game and cannot be killed(at all!!) and therefore there are always witnesses.
I can easily dispatch of everyone except those guys.
My point is...I should be able to go into Marketh and simply murder everyone if I wanted.
(my loss on the quest lines...so be it.)

Yes, most enemies level up but are capped at a certain point. Bandits become bandit outlaw, bandit thug.... Up to bandit mauraders.
