Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
Bought the game Friday, spent a ton of time on it since. A few thoughts of mine:
Game is beautiful, love the scenery.
Played MGSV and I see a lot of similarities. MGSV did its cutscenes and the map much better and I think it's player models are way above but this game does open world so much better. Nothing feels like a repeat to me so far and I feel like the player progression is fun without being a grind.
I haven't quite gotten to a Mortal Kombat play style as noob button masher seems to be getting the job done. I do love the double swords weapon as I can mash the R1 button and tear into enemies decently.
GMSS is right though...learned very quickly that if I'm up against a higher lebel, I have to be stealthy or else I'm toast. I kindly like that though as it gives incentive to do the side-ops are further my weapons.
Enjoying the game quite much. [emoji1]Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.

Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
After defeating the Crocodile how much main story is left?
I feel like it has to be soon because I've traveled to the majority of the region's, everything but my archery bracer is maxed out, and I'm getting close to the 40 level limit.

After Crocodile:
SpoilerThere are still targets that appear after the Crocodile. But the story does pick up steam, and you'll be on the home stretch of the main story relatively soon. Without spoiling too much, the way these new targets are handled is a bit different.Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
Wasn't planning on buying this game until a deep discount but I couldn't pass on it for only $41. Only played about 3 hours, I'm still im Siwa level 7 I want to complete everything in Siwa before moving on, so far loving the game.

Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
I’m on level 28 and still have 14 regions to open up! I’m taking my time and doing EVERYTHING in each region before moving on to the next. I’ve barely even touched the main story. This game is so fun!#LFC

Assassin's Creed: Origins
I totally forgot about the story missions. Realized I hadn’t done one in forever and I was like 15 levels over the recommended level when I did a couple last night. The story missions were sending me into areas to meet people that I had already explored and talked to the person like 15 hours of playtime ago.
I’m like level 30 though and still feel like I’ve only unlocked half the areas.Last edited by ricky24; 11-22-2017, 01:43 PM.Comment

How do you know how far over the recommended level you are? Comparing your level to the main quest suggested level?

Meanwhile, I'm a level 13 and just got wrecked by a 18 rank vulture in 2 pecks. I could not stop laughing.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.
