I forget what its called but when you take a barbell. Put one end in a corner. Put two 45lb plates on the other end. Bend down some, keep your back straight an pull it up. It's a great workout for your back. I'm sure my discription sucks so just Google it for a better idea.

Thanks man, yeah I've been made fun of my whole life for being skinny. I think I had enough when I was coming home from work and walking outside of Shop Rite this Old man who couldn't have been more than 5'5, 135 said to me "You're small." I got so ticked off at that, I knew I had to change my lifestyle around.
Back is definitely something I need to hit harder, just hard to really get a good back workout in. Probably going to need to get in more Inverted Rows, and Lat Pulldowns. As far as loading Creatine it's something I'll look into, I'm not taking a specific Creatine supplement but I do take other supplements that have some Creatine in them.
I'd look for a micronized creatine w/ creapure. A good one is Optimum Nutrition.5Comment

You don't need to load creatine. You're going to find a bunch of different things about the argument. You'll get enough creatine throughout the day you should only need to take 1g a day and you can really break it down into .5 pre and post w/o. If your other supplements have significant creatine I wouldn't even bother. If you notice yourself going to the restroom :O

A very good exercise.
For back training I love pullups (weighted if you can do them), deadlifts and barbell / DB rows.Comment

Poor weights... just destroyed them mother****ers.
I've had a good past few weeks. I'm up to 115 on the preacher curl bench and standing bar curls I'm up to 75. I've went up on weight on just about everything I do.... I can even drop the pully to the bottom and put the curling bar and curl the entire stack (160 lbs).. cranked out 3 sets of 8 earlier.. feels great.Comment

Still have yet to step into the gym this year
Combination of being too tired, lazy, no motivation,etc. Once this semester ends in April and since my parents live in Tampa now where I'll have nothing to do I plan on joining a gym there for the Summer and just going back to the working out/conditioning that I had used for football(although with a little more emphasis on tone then strength). Around this time I want to start eating healthier, not full on diet just trying to eliminate food I don't need(mainly the fatty snacks, fast food,etc).
Then hopefully I can keep the healthy going when I get back to FSU in the Fall, figure being in a routine for a few months should help. The biggest thing that'll help health wise is I can go back to eating actual meals since i'll be in an apartment, my cajun meals,etc aren't exactly the healthiest but they are a lot better then pizza,etc.Saints, LSU, Seminoles, Pelicans, Marlins, LightningComment

Traffic sucked so bad this morning (hour and a half to go 17 miles)....I'm going to do a workout called "Grace" during lunch just to blow off steam. It's 30 clean and jerks for time, except I'm adding an extra element....a burpee between each rep. That ought to cool my jets. God, I'm in a $hit moodCurrently playing:

I decided to start doing some cardio today, I burn off food so quick that I never really did much cardio, but I want to try it at least once a week plus it will help work my legs so that's a plus.
I did a 10 min session with me running up a decent sized hill and back down, repeated until I couldn't do anymore.. then did 5 mins of running.Minnesota Vikings
