Any good recipes for shakes? Or good product to buy. My sis-in-law introduced me to the Naked brand of drinks and the other ones that are around those at the store. Taste good and seem really good for you, but at $2.50ish for a 16oz bottle of it would get to pricey to drink one every day.

Re: 2012 FITNESS CHALLENGE
I've been working up such a sweat, recently.
I know I've mentioned it all ready, but I'm doing my best to keep my heart rate up, in the early going of my workout.
If it's a light-cardio day, I'll warm up with 3 minutes at 3.5 mph/2.5 incline and then another 7 minutes straight at 7mph and the same incline.
I'll go straight from that to alternating three sets of sit ups and push ups, and track how many I can knock down in 60 seconds.
Then, I'll move on to whatever I'm working out and come back to focus on abs, before I call it quits.
The best part is, I'm not even using any Hyper-FX or Jack3d.. just the occasional Monster.Comment

I'll throw that up here. Can't show the front end, haha. Back, shoulders, and arms are good... midsection and legs, not so much.
I started the IF 2 days ago, going for the 12pm-9pm eating window... I may venture into the 24 hours no food thing in the future, but with a wife who cooks and bakes daily, and kids who have snacks constantly who want to feed me, lol, not sure that it will work.
I did have a banana today at 11:45, close enough to noon, ha.
Oh, and as you can see, the Total Gym, and Bowflex, king of Workout TV products, haha.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: 2012 FITNESS CHALLENGE
What weight were you at, and where are you at currently? Look to have some nice lean mass showing through. The love handles and just below belly button is killing me. Granted, I really just started back into the losing weight scene, but I feel like stomach wise, I've got a long way to go to have the visible abs again.Twitter - WTF_OS

Re: 2012 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Just started week 4 of P90X (Week 5 of fitness training). I'm getting better at some of the stuff for Yoga X and I've started to regain my flexibility. Once this rest week is over, it'll be time for doubles.
Weight update: Still hovering between 136-140.Comment

Re: 2012 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Jonesy, yeah man, I'm 6'4" or there about, depending on who's measuring me. Some of the nurses, etc grab a stool to stand on to measure, and they just halfway measure or do a "close enough" measurement.
Hovering at 206 right now. I'm working to be between the 195-200 range, so I'm not far from where I want to be. I'm not going to have abs in that range, but they will be starting to show through, and at 30, I'm fine with that.
Back, arms, everything is pretty lean overall... except that stubborn area just below the belly button. My "love handles" are in front moreso than the side in the Pelvic "V". Hardest spot to lose weight period for me. Most of it is diet. With a young growing family, a lot of times, what's easiest to eat, is what gets eaten (fast food, junk).Twitter - WTF_OS

I have some deep seated hatred of seeing food go to waste so as a father of two young children eating the 'leftovers' and convenience food really adds up.
I'm with you on the abs thing. I'm a happily married 32 year old so it's not like I'm going to be running along the beach trying to attract women or anything but I'd still like to drop another 10 or so. I'm down below 200lbs (I'm 5'11) and leaning out but it takes a long *** time!Comment

Man I drink too much damn beer. Every weekend I'm out with my peoples drinking or whatever. I also have a hell of a sweet tooth. Today I grabbed 7 chips ahoys. Felt guilty as hell. If I could just cut that out I'd be good to go.Comment

Re: 2012 FITNESS CHALLENGE
Chips Ahoy..... mmmmmmm. Best cookies in the world. My wife is an avid baker, she's always trying to force cookies on me. She makes some muffins that are brutal on me. I can't help but eat them all day when she makes them.
Good work on the 20lbs man. That takes a lot of work, since it's likely you lost quite a bit of fat, built muscle (weighing more). I forgot how much dedication it takes to be "cut". Here recently, I've noticed a HUGE jump in my stamina and overall mood from being closer to being in shape. Makes a huge difference with the 2 little ones. I think I was around 218 or so a few months ago, so I'm pretty happy w/ my progress in a fairly short time. But I've tried to be clean eating and drinking. I had started to occasionally have a coke, and they just increased in number. Horrible choices.Twitter - WTF_OS

I was at 200lbs an at 5'7 without much muscle mass. Right now I hover around 180lbs.

LOL.
Also 5'7" - 5'8"
I weighed 210 on Jan 1st, right now I hover around 185. However, I'm down to a 34 waist, and the only thing keeping me from really making a transformation is the beer and the candy.
I average about a bag a reese's pieces every day. -_-Comment

Re: 2012 FITNESS CHALLENGE
From Monday to Friday I will usually go from 190 to about 186-187. Then, come Sunday night, after drinking and terrible eating habits, back to 200. -__-
I'm really only 15-20LBs from my goal weight.
I think the low 170s is perfect for me.Comment

Re: 2012 FITNESS CHALLENGE
I need to go and weight myself. I was 185 about 2 months ago before I started working out again about 3 times a week. I wish I had done it before I went to a four day music festival and ate carnival food and drank four nights in a row.Comment

Yea I wouldn't mind the low 170s but like I said I'm going for that Bob Sanders look, minus the hairComment
