I didn't think anyone would actually read it! Thanks, though. By the way, being an IF guy, I think you'll really enjoy the second blog post.

Lol true. I've always sucked at pullups so that's definetely something I want to do.

I saw this awesome "how to run a half marathon in 3 months" article in this Aussie fitness mag yesterday. Seriously thinking about giving it a try after I am fully healed from this calf tear.

      That I do!

Spreading the good word I see. I REALLY wish Martin Berkhan would release a book like he had said in the past he would. For some reason my parents think this is crazy because it's off the internet but if the exact same content was in a published book they would believe it instantly.

I agree. I talk to some people at work and they refuse to believe the results, especially about breakfast. Even after seeing my results... Come on, man!

I've been doing these pushup things using the side of my couch, so I'm at like a 45 degree angle and it doesn't hurt my wrists. They seem to work pretty well and I can even feel it in my stomach. I'm limited as to what I can do exercise wise, I don't have any equipment or gym membership. The only cardio I can really do is jumping jacks on the soft part of my floor that doesn't creak as bad. But still I barely exercise at all and I've dropped 24 lbs since August and 40 lbs overall. It's nice to be able to fit into some of my older clothes again

I've been having a few problems with my right elbow.

Some nights it wont bother me, but somedays It prevents me from working triceps and chest exactly like I want. I even had to cut my workout short, today.. sucks.

Perhaps I should join in on this thread. We've had a few health/fitness threads that I've posted in.

Currently I'm at 137 after graduating college back in 2010 at 130 and no that weight gain wasn't all muscle because I've been neglecting work outs and such since Spring 2009. There are some things I remember reading that I can confirm (such as headaches and not feeling good) because my diet wasn't up to par along with a less active lifestyle.

Another progress report, starting to see some actual nice progress with my Arm workouts. I wasn't satisfied with my Biceps, so I went a little harder on them added a little technique on my Bicep Curls where I twist the weight away from my body at the peak of the curl, and I also really focused on nice, slow negatives coming down with the weights. Starting to make a difference.

This was taken right after my arm workout so all the Blood is pumped into my arms, but I think I'm getting there. Now onto the next step of my goal for the beach body.. getting a ripped chest. (btw taken with my ****y webcam, I really need to get a digital camera lol)

Yeah lol that will come once the Sun pokes out around here, and we get some warmer weather. We had one nice week of 60+ weather up here, and then it plummeted back down to 40-50ish with cold winds.

Must be nice living in the South.

Not as nice as you might think, considering the crazy *** storms we've had over the past year or so..

Golf ball sized hail for at least 20 mins straight last night, as some mean storms rolled through..

Been doing Intermittent Fasting, still, and the way I eat is changing drastically. Yesterday, after fasting from 11PM the previous night, I got to my 3:00 eating window. And I noticed that after I took my multi and fish oil with some diet soda, I wasn't hungry. The only reason I ate was that I had already microwaved the food in the break room. I felt like, "I could go longer without eating." I might try the Warrior Diet in that regard, where the fast is about 20 hours.

Wife and I are both two days into Couch to 5K. Our goal is to run the Race for the Cure later this summer, which shouldn't be too hard, as it's only a 5K. After that, I'd like to start training for marathons if we both fall in lve with running.

Just had a pretty good workout, as far as legs go.

I had about 20 mins of intense cardio, followed by legs and then abs to cap off the workout. I notice a lot of the regulars at my gym don't even workout lower body, just upper body. I'm a firm believer that my legs are my powerhouse and make up a huge portion of my actual strength.

For example, If I'm trying to do standing curls with the bar, my legs have to be strong to help me keep a good stance and be able to throw around more weight.. I don't see why they neglect them.

I have been putting in work at the gym. I missed Monday and Tuesday due to family being in town, but back at it yesterday. I've never seen myself progress so quickly. It really is all about doing the right work outs, the right amount of time.

As far as weight, I'm steady around 188-190. I have been cheating on the diet though, with some drinking involved. What would happen is I'll get to a low by Friday, then on Monday I would be back up to 190-ish. As a matter of fact, I weighed in at around 192 on Sunday, but back at 188 today. I always weigh myself in the morning too, after a bowel movement.

I'm setting a goal to get down to 175 by the end of this month.
