    Just an Egg FYI....

    • "Sunny side up" — cooked only on one side; yolk is liquid; the egg white is set.
    • "Over easy" , cooked on both sides; the yolk is a light runny and the egg white is fully cooked. "
    • "Over medium" — cooked on both sides; the yolk is of medium consistency and the egg white is thoroughly cooked.
    • "Over well" — cooked on both sides until the yolk has solidified.
    • "Over hard" — cooked on both sides with the yolk broken until hard.
    • "Overcooked" — cooked on both sides until the egg white and yolk have hardened and started to brown.

    Mine was Over Easy

One thing I was taught in cooking is, never be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and never be afraid to step outside of normal. You never know what youll come up with.

Im certain this is how the "Egg Burger" evolved.
Some guy didnt have tomato so he threw a SSU egg on his burger.
Or he didnt have bacon, so he threw a burger on his egg sandwich.

Either way, I'll tell you what, that MF-ing burger was awesome!

Speaking of experimenting, I had a bacon and peanut butter hot dog when I visited Tacoma. Menu said "Just trust us!" How could I not order it?

          DID YOU KNOW......

That during WWII, Peanut Butter & Bacon sandwiches were so popular, that they began making Bacon flavored Peanut Butter!

That burger was so good, I had to have another one for dinner.
This time I used BBQ Sauce instead of A1 and added Onion Powder instead of Chili Powder.

Still topped with an egg and cheese.

Next time you grill a burger, try the continental. You grill up the burger then top it with a fried egg, maple bacon, and a small amount of Italian dressing.

Came up with it after How I Met Your Mother gave the Eggs Marshall recipe. It's so damn good if the italian dressing is quality.

The creamy kind or the oil and vinegar kind?

Yeah, like if I buy Kraft Italian dressing does that work? I think that's not the creamy kind (we don't usually use creamy italian on salads). Or is it the creamy that's good on a burger?

I'd be willing to try it. I like Thousand Island dressing on a burger (it's very similar to the Big Mac secret sauce).

Wow... I never knew we had this thread. In my circle of friends I'm known as the grill master lol. A typical bbq for me is... Chicken, Ribs, Burgers (handmade), Corn and Baked beans. I've been trying to get more greens into it. But I only get one vegan or veggie person once a year.

Collard Greens. There is a brand that comes in a can that is pretty fantastic but obviously they are best fresh. I am obsessed with them.

I only use fresh things at my BBQ. I use fresh things in everything I cook. No shortcuts. Just don't believe it's worth if I'm going to do it and call it "mine" lol.

But another crowd pleaser. Is grilled pizza. It's great because you get that bbq favor.

edit: I'll definitely look into collard greens though.

They're also best boiling for a few hours... can't imagine them as much of a grill choice but can't say I've ever tried.
