I don't see how it would be playable like that. Hopefully they have a fix for it. As a former keeper my thoughts go out to Rimando and the Honduras keeper. They are going to be hurting tomorrow.

The ref was horrible, but no reason for Klinsmann to get himself sent off in that situation.

That's illegal, FYI. If CONCACAF upholds the suspension, he won't be allowed to have any contact with the team from an hour before kickoff (I believe) until the final whistle.
