The progression issue is because if they get bronze they get half the xp because bronze training is having a bad practice based on what I have observed as well as the coach conversation in game.

TDawg, do you advise players to purchase xp upgrades for all position are advise against it?

I’d probably go as you acquire them pending how you play. For me I pick two positions groups to make it feel Sim and not over powered. However it all really depends on how you play

I just finished my first season and won the Superbowl with the Patriots. I think they have toned down progression over the last patch or two. I had Sony Michel and Josh Gordon put up big numbers and only gained like a point each at the end of the season. I've just been simming practices because in past madden games the CPU would only get bronze for training, so to keep it even I would just sim them. Knowing that the CPU can also get Gold or Silver I'm going to start playing the training and sticking with whatever medal I get.

Yep. It doesn't look like they tweaked xp at all thank god lol. You're good to go with these as is.
