Madden NFL 17 Bugs/Glitches Thread

Bug (Be Specific): Special Teams formation shows goalline in Custom PB.

Game Mode Experienced In: PS4 - all modes

Can you reproduce it? How?: Yes, anytime is use a custom PB.

Bug:

• Playing CFM, had to take care of something away from my Xbone that took longer than 10 minutes so my controller automatically shut off.
• I return to the game, turn on my controller and I get a message saying my controller needs to be reconnected.
• I click OK on the prompt and I'm then asked if I want to quit the game. If I click on No, I return to the previous prompt asking me to reconnect my controller. I can only click on Yes - meaning I'm forced to quit the game.
• Once I quit the game and am back at the CFM home there's a message stuck on the screen asking me to reconnect my controller.
• I have to quit Madden completely to get things to work properly again.

Of note: the controller is fine, the batteries are fine. During this process I could hit the center/Xbox button the controller and get back to the home screen of my Xbone and everything worked fine outside of Madden.

Mode: CFM offline save

Recreateble: As of now, no.

CFM is a disaster, I've only been able to complete & save one out of four games thus far. So frustrating.

Bug (Be Specific): Defensive Holding Slider in CFM reverts back to default in-game. Example, I set the value to 53 within my CFM and it auto-saves. I go into the game and go to the penalty setting screen and it shows up as 50.

Bug (Be Specific): Game crashes in broadcast mode (Slow Super Sim) when using my custom playbook

Game Mode Experienced In: Both Franchise and Play Now

Can you reproduce it? How?: Yes. Play any game in Super Sim SLOW, fast forward to end of game using custom offensive playbook: optionpro (in the vault under OCBrooks). Crashes every time after my team's first offensive play

Just a suggestion:
1st go through all your plays/Sets etc.. and make sure there isn't any with a blank area.
2nd:
Go through audibles for all your formations and make sure they are all in there.
In the past I've seen a few custom PBs that end up with blank audibles for some reason (Glitch??) which can cause an issue. Just a suggestion.

Check your Practice Squad. I thought this happened to me, but they were on my practice squad which you can sign to your active squad if you want to.

Bug (Be Specific): caught pass, was hit and fumbled the ball, camera shot upwards towards sky and was frozen like that, making me have to load game again. This has happened to me twice.

Game Mode Experienced In: Online CFM

Can you reproduce it? How?: Only happens if you fumble the ball. Don't know specifically what causes this.
