As long as we keep winning, San Diego continues losing, and Colorado stops winning we have a good shot at the wild card. I doubt these 3 things will happen but who knows...

I have found a new sense of hope. Go Braves. Keep winning and see what happens. Hell what if Mets keep losing? Even though I have my sights set on the WC. Tough one last night though, 3 is a lot to make up, especially with there only being 5 games left. Going to have togo 5-0, and need the Padres to win only 2. Unlikely but until we are officially out, anything can happen.

What kills me is to think of those few games this year where things went to hell in the 9th inning either because of Wickman not closing things out or I can remember at least 3 times when Huddy let things get out of hand in the 9th inning of games he was trying to complete. If they could only have those games back.

The reason I don't look at that, is because it happens to every team. It's not fair to look at it from the Braves perspective, then forget the Phillies screwed themselves against us in that one game. It happens to all teams, so it evens out. That's the difference between teams who are in the playoffs by now, and the teams who need some help to get in.

I keep thinking back to those games against the Reds (1-6?) and the brutal Interleague stretch...

Can't believe we're being shut down by Kyle Lohse tonight, the Chipper error really hurt.

And the Mets have blown a 5-0 lead, trailing the Nats now 7-6...
