NBA 2K10 Patch Details Announced PS3/360 (Updated 10/22)

2K Sports has announced the patch details for NBA 2K10.

The items in bold are items that have also been addressed in a new version of the PS3 patch (I've updated that thread with the appropriate information). Looking over the patch details, I could have sworn it used to have something about the large numbers of players with low morale due to them having unusually high foul tendencies. That probably contributes a lot to the excessive player movement in the league, so I was hoping it'd get fixed. At the very least, it's annoying to so many players demand trades because they can't play fifteen minutes without fouling out.

It's probably the Xbox System Update for that Wireless Adapter.

First I downloaded the xbox system update,than I run nba 2k10 and I downloaded a game update.

I got the xbox system update also, no other update though.

Is this your first time playing the game? There is an update that many got when they first inserted the game (not sure what it fixed, I was guessing maybe the tipoff).

Other than the original update which was weeks ago, I have seen no 2k Update besides the one when you first launch the game for the first time, and of course the system update.

I was hoping they dropped the patch for the start of the season!

The same thing happened to me two distinct downloads one in the dashboard and one in game. Maybe it was up loaded and yanked ?

I played Grand Theft Auto 4 yesterday and it prompted me to do the same thing. Im guessing it was for the Ballad of Gay Tony release. I hope the patch for 2k is coming soon. I can hardly play any games online because it never starts a game!

yeah no clue. maybe you needed the release day patch again or something. did you cache the drive or delete anything? was it the first time you played while online?

Also, I thought I read some where that they will be patching the pink color, sorry red but, I can't find it anywhere. Can anyone confirm this? I play as the Nets and this pink color is killin me. Not a game killer but, killin me.

That's it i deleted the drive cache before i popped in the 2k10 disk, sorry guys false alarm on my part i just go a 360 again after a 2 year absence rookie mistake.

Just got the game last night and I had already done the 360 update and then when I loaded the game it did do some type of update, so I have been looking here to see if that was the patch.

Haven't been online for about a couple of days. I got the patch also. I'm not sure what it is but it seemed to only occur when NBA 2K was in the tray. Something was tinkered with........
