Knocked out the 20 event wins and have the new Upton but haven't had an AB with him yet.
Time for a 120 pack opening?

I did a 10k bundle and didn't get anything great. Decent amount of slivers and a gold but probably didn't get 10k back.

Gonna make sure I can afford all the career arcs exchanges!

Working on grinding out 20 wins, and the Torres mission. 2 homers away. Will be nice to have him at 2nd base, a position I have been looking for someone to hold down. Sadly, Dozier didn't do it for me, so Torres will get a shot.

Who would you guys recommend at 3rd? Have about 20K

Finally finished the Sweetest Swing stat mission for Griffey, his rookie card mission looks easy enough to do. Still need to do exchanges but that's going to be costly it seems. I've already used the 5 team epics on him so i assume that i only have to do two instead of three exchange missions now ? What would be the cheaper option , jerseys and hats or jerseys and LS players ? I think I've already got 3000 from jersey exchange and 420 for hats.

I think this week i might actually spend some real cash just to get the exchanges done, i shouldn't need more than 30k stubs I would think.

When I did the Griffey exchanges, the jerseys were easily the most expensive, then the live series players and then the hats. Mariners bronze hats were dirt cheap and I'm guessing they still are. If you're smarter about the center fielder exchange than I was, you can get that done fairly cheap too. The hard part is just putting in the time to make all the buy orders and monitor them.

Re: What are you working on thread

The player exchanges are always relatively cheap just because you have so many more options. You need something like 100-130 cards rated 72/73 and you can always pick them up for maybe 30-40 stubs, so you only ever looking at about 5k max. Not too bad. Hats you're looking at 168 hats, usually from only one or two options, so it just takes forever and maybe 10k if you're able to get hats at an average of 60-70 stubs a piece. Jerseys are just an expensive nightmare

Re: What are you working on thread

Right, got bored so decided to do some checking to see how far away we potentially still are from the immortals.

All the positional career arcs we've got required either 3 or 4 of the smaller positional programs (mainly 3). So if we assume the same is the case then we can see how many we are still missing. So we still need a minimum of

                1 Catcher, 1 Second Baseman, 1 Third Baseman, 1 Shortstop, 2 Left Fielders, 4 Starting Pitchers and 1 Reliever/Closer.

Then we have RF, where we already have 3 players but no career arc as they have made Musial an online only immortal, so what is going on there is anyones guess. I'm willing to wager they still release the RF career arcs and then eventually, once they've had all the online events for bobbleheads and the like, they'll add new missions meaning you can get Musial by doing the career arcs instead? (so they can weasel out of the "no online only" missions lie they told, but only after conning people into thinking they needed to play the events and the like)

So in summary, still a long way to go. Even if every career arc only has the 3 position programs and their is no RF one coming, that's still 11 missing position programs minimum by my count

Decided to start a CAP grind for my offline grind sessions but I'm stuck on the second part for my 2nd baseman. Do i have to beat the twins first and tally the one match stats mission before the cumulative stat mission starts counting ? I've played 11 innings already and it still has a 0 in my IP , H and RBIs stat lines.

Make sure that you have the correct CAP in. You could have the 70 CAP in the lineup instead of the 75.

That's exactly what it was, cheers mate. Didn't realise they added another card when you upgrade.

I spent the first month of the Show playing Franchise mode but got bored of it and I am now all in on DD. I've already completed Utley and Ramirez for the career arcs so now I am trying to finish up Gary Carter (can't get 3 Hits and 3 RBIs to save my life) and just got diamond Lee Smith, Jack Morris and Don Sutton.

Finally Finished the Hanley Ramirez missions. I could not hit 1 HR 3 RBI with him for a very long time.

Finished the Gold Jack Morris and unlocked the Diamond. Need to grind long stats with him.

Almost done with the insanely long OF All-Star grind for the Diamond Doby

Need 1 more hold with Dyson to finish Hoffman

Grinding stats with Ripken...25 Doubles ugh.

Grinding stats with Molitor. Need about 8 runs

                            I'm a loser!

Gonna try to grind for RS World Series...hit CS in May and sitting at like 690 right now.

Finally finished Nava and collecting all the bobbleheads. Now moving on to finish up diamond baseballs and finishing up the latest programs for Harrison, Torres, and the pitchers, all the rest of those are done. Once I am done with the baseballs, I am going to start trading in for the career arcs or maybe that Carlton Fisk since he was my favorite player when I was a kid.

Same, im literally just working on team epics now because I have nothing else to do haha. Ive finished Braves, Mariners, Astros and Cardinals. I really wish they would adjust the innings/at bats, or at least the innings. Obviously that ship has sailed but the 200 innings is holding me back a ton. I have a bunch of teams hitting stuff done but am lightyears from the pitching.
