Well I just finished the Griffey collection missions just as they reveal they're making exchange missions that have pretty much halved the price of all the jerseys and hats. Typical

It's a good move though, although getting rid of these blatant cash grabs would be an even better move. At least they are only half as crippling now, although the amount of time it takes to buy 160 of them is still just as annoying. If they keep this crap in next year, I really can't see myself laying DD. I much, much preferred last years DD, at least after they stopped making programs online only

Edit, nevermind. It doesnt sound like the changes actually benefit me in any way since Ive finished the positional programs aside from Nava stats.

currently working on finishing conquest just need the AL stats missions but of course its friday night and rhe servers are messed up. so may never finish

Need to hit a double and a triple with Jackie Robinson but the guy flat out refuses. I've got 40 hits with him now, of which 35 of them were singles

Anyone got the 50% diamond Piazza card, as somehow I've only just noticed it and it surely has to be the best catcher on the game by an absolute mile? None of the other immortal part way cards look anything special, but that card looks ridiculous

I’m working on it but I need 21 more HRs with and 40 more RBIs with Catchers until I unlock it.

OK so I “Had” some time on my hands and wanted to work on two starting pitcher missions I need to accomplish but I’ve started well over 20 games and quit because the same 2 pitchers (not the mission pitcher) keeps coming up. The same one had come up about 75% of the time. I no longer have the time I started with.....the random pitching selection is not very random and a lesson in frustration.....I wish for vs CPU ganes you could pick your pitcher. I wouldn’t mind random if it were actually random

I’m working on it but I need 21 more HRs with and 40 more RBIs with Catchers until I unlock it.

I've done that stat mission, mainly thanks to Yasmani Grandal, so really I'd just need to trade in catchers (no big deal) and then trade in the insane amount of either hats or jerseys. He played for a couple of cheap teams so I might give it a go as he looks great

It's not available on the game yet is it? Also not sure it's as good as that Piazza card

It's better, and while it's not available yet, the 93 Yadi is available and the best catcher

Sometimes this game makes me wonder....it took almost 30 quits to get 1 of 2 starting pitchers I have in my five man rotation that are mission pitchers....I finally get my Diamond Saberhagen who needs a complete game shutout. I’m playing the aweful Tigers on rookie a level that I rarely give up any runs on. First batter hits a double on a pitch out of the strike zone. Second batter hits a double on a pitch out of the strike zone 1-0 and mission aborted....next batter hits a home run 3-0......

......so.....top of the second I tie it 3-3 and I bring in my Gold Nolan Ryan RP who I need to get 4 innings 4 Strike outs and a win in the same game with...I figure all is not lost I can accomplish something. I strike out 9 batters in a row but it’s still tied because now I can only hit into double plays or weak infielder pop ups on rookie. In Nolan Ryan’s last inning of work he strikes out another making it 10 in a row but then.....on a pitch high and inside out of the strike zone Detroit hits a HR.....I lose the game 4-3 and complete no missions....Ugh.

Still working on Conquest stat missions. Finished the AL Pitching and the NL Batting ones. Tomorrow I will try to get the AL batting and if that does not take too long I'll shoot for the final MLB stats.
