The road trip to Chicago didn’t go well, as well only won a single game, losing the other two. We split the four game series in Detroit and then lost two of three to the Angels, the team in last place in my division.

So, the red hot Mariners are cooling off, but luckily, the Rangers are still reeling with injuries so it’s not too bad, still 7.5 games up.

Too many of those loses were due to bullpen issues, so I made a deal with the last place Dodgers to bring in Hong Chih Kuo. Haven’t used him yet, as Vargas managed to go eight and outpitch Roy Halladay and Pineda went eight and outpitched Cliff Lee, who is so hard to hit it’s not funny.

Tonight we have –

Erik Bedard (11-3, 2.21 ERA) vs Roy Oswalt (5-7, 3.41 ERA)

Seattle leads series 2-0

hows this deal sound just started a franchise with reds our 6th reliever is logan ondrusek he isnt good in the game

royals get c corky miller sucks in the game
lf jeremy hermida good outifield depth
lhp daniel ray herrera hes decent but we have alot of lhp relievers (chapman,bill bray etc.)

3B: Alvarez: .265 / 80 Hits / 13 HR / 53 RBI
1B: Overbay .300 / 81 hits / 9 HR / 40 RBI
2B: Walker: .264 / 69 Hits / 7 HR / 41 RBI

However, these positions are killing me: C: Doumit and Snyder, SS: Cedeno and Ciraco. I can't get any production from any of these positions. Now I know I shouldn't be expecting major #'s 1-9, but Both my SS and C positions are batting well under .200.

If anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear them, because I'm scrambling trying to figure out a way help improve the consistency of my offense.

I'm also looking for pitching help, mainly because my bullpen is inconsistent as well. I am also in the mix for a starter as well, because Russ Ohlendorf has fallen off so bad, that I don't even want him on the MLB roster, because he's just that terrible.

Some Pitching stats:

SP: Karstens: 5-1 / 3.00 ERA (Became SP when Correia hit the DL. Left him in the rotation because of how well he was pitching, and moved Ohlendorf to the Bullpen)
SP: McDonald: 5-5 / 3.43 ERA
SP: Maholm: 7-5 / 4.33 ERA
SP Olsen: 6-3 / 3.05 (I don't think he can keep this up. Would like to sell while he's hot)
SP: Correia: 3-4 / 2.88 ERA
CP: Hanrahan: 2-2 / 4.94 ERA / 21 SV / 4 BSV (ughhh)

Both RP's Veras (5.00 ERA) and Meek (3.73 ERA and 4 BSV as a setup-man) are killing me at times.

So as I said, if anyone would like to throw out some suggestions, I'm all ears.

Here are some teams that are should be sellers:
Reds, Cubs, Astros (all 19.5 games out), Padres, Nationals, Orioles, Blue Jays, Indians, Angels, and Rangers (both tied for last).

try jake fox from baltimore hes got plenty pop and os have no use for him cuz of weiters and maybe jim johnson i remember getting him for a couple of bad prospects once hes pretty decent bout a 3 era....so better than veras or meek btw good luck

Currently in the offseason of the first season with the brewers. I narrowly missed the wildcard getting beat by the cubs the final day and they beat me for the wildcard by 1 game. I had the game won but axford blows a save and I can't get any runs in the bottom of the 9th and lose. I've resigned everyone important and am currently trying to get Jose Reyes. Right before the trade deadline I made IMO the best trade ever. I traded Corey hart for Heath bell straight up no force trades. I'll update my first game later.

Just finished the series vs the D-backs.I took 2-3 so Im happy

. I now have a well needed off day. My ace Stephen Strasburg took the hill 4 me. He went 8.2/3rds 1run on 8 hits and 10 k's.

Goofing around with the Fantasy Draft Franchise, ended up with a shockingly beast team after some trades. Drafted a bunch of prospects and traded them away to build a team for now.

Lester won the Cy Young as the only 20 game winner and Pineda was RotY. Picked up Wilson and Weaver with trades that were offered to me during the year.

Evan Longoria was somehow sitting around in the third round of the Fantasy Draft (I guess since he was lowered in my roster due to irl slump.) Picked up Cabrera, Gonzalez and Longoria with my first three draft picks! Longoria ended up winning MVP and had a shot at the triple crown but the BA fell off and Youkilis got hot(.331), tied Mark Reynolds in HR and led in RBI, 9 above team mate Cabrera!

Picked up Pierre, Pedroia, Ankiel and Molina in trades during the year.

Had my closest No-Hit bid. Top of the ninth, 1 Out, Rajai Davis somehow hit a 96mph 2-Seam Fastball on the inside, out of the park... Could have been a perfect game but the Ump called two straight strikes, balls on me and walked a batter and then Cabrera fielded a ball and I told him to run to first but he stopped halfway for no reason and the runner beat me. I was confused so it took a second to manually run, scored an error. If neither of those happened, I would have never seen Rajai Davis in the ninth!

Went 107-55 and reached the World Series. WS went to Game 7 after I blew a couple games and what a Game 7 it was.

Lester was beast with 16 K's. Top of the 10th I hit a pinch hit HR with Rick Ankiel but I blew the save and gave up a HR to Adam Dunn. Came back in the 12th and Yadier Molina hit a HR that ended up winning the game. Molina was nowhere to be found in the playoffs until the WS, where he went .428 with 3HRs and 7RBI. WS MVP!

I swept the Rays to extend my win streak to 7 games and take a 2 game lead of the AL East (Im still 6-7 against Rays), but then lost series opener to Royals, for some reason CC Sabathia has been struggling lately, I'm trying to see if he breaks out of the slump.

Well, 1 was a missed hit and run(Cargo), 1 was a pickoff(Brantley) and 1 of them my runner just kinda slowed down halfway for some reason(Brantley). Only one of them was really a caught stealing and it was just a good throw(Pierre). I wasn't even stealing on the pickoff, Brantley just stood there when he threw over.
