aaron cook still going for them
prado and laporta both get base hits
they bring in fuentes who gives up a 3 run bomb to giambi
leo nunez comes in and get 2 outs then jose tabata reaches on an elvis andrus error pinch hitter heyward
single up middle
pinch hitter my phenom catcher tristian story
2 run triple

game tied at 5
thorton gives up run top 10

they bring in ramon ramirez

1st pitch prado hits a 1st pitch 400 ft bomb

btw i made heyward play 3rd so i could still have his bat............

easily the greatest game and comeback ive ever had

i jumped up when prado hit hiis bomb

when heyward made contact i just walked out of the room
when into the kitchen ate a klondike bar
then went to the computer to write this

u know when mark buehrle threw a perfect game
and on the last out it was a grounder to alexei
ramirez

and the announcers went "ALEXEIII YES YES YES"

So I was at the beginning of september with the Yankees in first place by 3 games over the Red Sox, curtis granderson batting over .300 with over 30 homeruns, personally played about 95% of the games in my franchise, I had all the sounds of the show in the game, including batter walk up music for most players around the league, not just my team....and I turn my PS3 on on saturday and after about 30 seconds I get the yellow light of death followed by the blinking red light.

Tried everything to restore my system, but it hasnt worked. Pretty big disappointment. I am looking to get a new PS3 slim, but from what I understand, if my old PS3 is unable to turn on, I cannot utilize the data transfer function to get my old game saves back. I don't know if I can start over...I had the perfect sliders, all sounds of the show, player equipment all customized for this season...might have to move on to NCAA & Madden. Anyone else have this happen to them, and do you have any tips? thanks

my ps3 wouldnt turn on a couple years ago when i left the window open when i went on vacation and it rained on my ps3. anyway, i had to send it somewhere to get a new one. i think you might have to redo it all. sorry man

I signed prince to a long term contract
Morgan to a 2 year deal
and bell and krod to 3 year deals. With some solid studs and up and comers my bullpen is set for a couple years. I also have enough money to probably resign greinke and marcum.
I plan for thornsburg to replace wolf eventually and maybe rodgers stepping at some point. They will spot start. I see a good year coming and several WS in the near future! Go Crew!

Any thoughts?

Yes! I traded mat gamel, C 3B, and C RP for him at the deadline. I also had Joe Nathan at one point but i lost him to FA.

despite being a veteran of MLB The Show, I might be one of the worst hitters ever haha

Mets update: I defeated the pesky Brew Crew in 5 games, Ryan Braun is an absolute beast and a half. he single handedly beat me 2 games. After a historic regular season, K-Rod has been AWFUL in the post season. I had Parnell close out game 5. My hitting has been horrid, Varitek did not record a hit in 4 starts, and mutiple players are batting around .200.

For the clinching game, I decided to sit a slumping Murph and start The Show superstar Bill Hall. So what happens? First AB with a man on he smacks a HR over the Great Wall of Flushing. That was the only runs of the game, as i won 2-0

Up next: the SF Giants (who defeated the Cards in 5), I am glad they won as i feared facing Pujos for a 7 game series.

I just finished another game of cubs franchise. I won 5-4. now my record 7-4 tied 4 1st in the centrAL. Strasburg is now 3-0 w/ a 2.82 era and 15K's. He had a no-no through 5 then in the 6th Man-su Ko broke it up w/ homer.

Then Strasburg allowed a 2run bomb in the 7th. Then I brought in Tyler Clippard 4 a 6out save. V-mart, Aramis, Harston Jr went yard. RAMIREZ'S 4th Hairston's 2nd and V-marts 3rd.
I want 2 start a 1p franchise but I dont know what team 2

be so can I have some suggestins. Post after next game

I'm playing my first season with All Star pitching after winning the WS with it and batting on veteran. I started out hitting on All Star but it was just too frustrating so I've moved the batting back down.

Felix Hernandez was dominating Texas but, somehow, the Rangers hit a two run homerun in the eighth for a 2-1 win. Stunning me because the pitch was up and in and he didn’t make great contact on it according to the contact and timing thing. Still, Bedard and Pineda have continued their dominance so that’s good.

It’s going to be a tough test coming up against Toronto, Boston and New York.
