I think with the cubs. I should probably have 200 to 215 homers for the season.

Still having fun with the game!!!

One other thing, I'm not having trouble with below average or average power guys hitting a lot of homers. So that's a plus.
My last 34 games I have hit 38 homers. I play with the 1982 Atlanta Braves with an 80's roster I carried over from 16. The real 82' braves hit 146 so I would take that range no complaints.

My only issue is that I seem to pitch too well. I think I'm 2nd in ERA with the reds. I only gave up 6 runs to the cubs in a 3 game series with pitchers not rated too well. I've turned off vibration, as well. I am fourth in ERA, fourth in homeruns allowed, and second in strikeouts with a whopping 180.

These sliders are designed for a realism base set that we can use. Armor always says everyone plays different and should tweak to their playing style. If you are dominating on the mound move to HOF pitching. I had to make this move myself last year as I was dominating also. These sliders work well for me on HOF pitching I still have games where I dominate and I also have games where I get bombed.

These sliders are the best set I have played with and have settled on them over the years after trying multiple sets. They give me the most realistic variety and feel of the game of baseball. Don't be afraid to tweak things to your liking though. I do advise however to only tweak a click at a time and then get a good sample size before you move it again. I have also recommended playing with Dynamic Difficulty to find your sweet spot and then settle on the levels that work best for you. This also takes a good sample size to settle in though.

        Most important Have fun!!

Put sold hits and power up to 5 and you will see more offense.

Nice work as always with these sliders. I've been using your sets for years and it makes an already great game even better. Cheers!

Having a great time for the most part with these sliders but does anyone feel like there are way too many short dribblers in front of home? I feel like it's probably a consequence of solid hits being at 4 but I'm not sure.

Just had a fun game. 26 total hits with just 1 hr lots of doubles and 2 triples. I play with power and solid hits at 5. I said it a couple times now but putting those up one has made this game play perfect for me. This game is amazing

How can we stop the crazy amount of times that the runner has been advancing when the ball is in the dirt? Slow runners are advancing when the ball is right in front of the catcher. Slow runners are even taking third.

We can't. Hopefully they fix it with a game patch.

I played a game using the daily matchup/roster feature last night, so I was able to use the exact lineups the teams used IRL. I played Giants/Rockies. I controlled the Rockies. I really enjoyed it. I won 2-1, but it was pitching in and out of trouble a lot. I recorded 8k's against the AI and was struck out a total of 12x's by the AI. I really enjoyed the sliders myself. They seem to be a pretty solid fit for my skill level.

My only question is I did tweak some settings. I didn't mess with the sliders, but I did use meter pitching and zone hitting. However, I used both with strike zone OFF so as not to aid myself. With those settings in place, should I continue on All-Star? Move to HOF? Or, is adjusting these settings a minimal impact on the sliders all together?

Has it been posted in the bugs thread? Also tuning homers will be good also.

IMO you should adjust the difficulty if you feel like it's too easy or too hard after about 10 games or so. Because of the randomness of baseball replicated in The Show you will need more than a game or 2 to get a good feel for how to adjust the difficulty
