No doubt. I've got them on 8, and it feels perfect. I've played 6 franchise games so far, and I've got 2 guys riding the bench with minor injuries. It's got me racking my brain deciding whether or not to DL them, and who takes their place in the meantime.

One of my starters got hurt right before a start, I had to stick a long reliever in there. And now, I'm probably going to have to DL my starter, stick my long guy in the rotation for 1 more start, and call up a long guy from AAA. It's these decisions that make me love this game.

Man I has to drop injuries down to 6. I had three everyday players go down with season-ending injuries. I want injuries during the season but not severe ones

I did this because in my previous game I lost 10-9 and every run was scored via home runs, 6 for them and 4 for me.

I have only had Sanchez hit the DL and Pearce DTD with the cold. I have saw a few computer injuries. Just wondered if you saw more human injuries in played games, or will they come in bunches later?

I'm the Jays also. I've had Travis and Barney go down with long term injuries.

I believe I have it at 5 but I'm not 100% sure. I'll check when I get home.

In the game with all those homers the wind was blowing out to left at 5 MPH so I don't think they were helped by the wind that much.

Wind makes a huge difference this year, perhaps more than the mere MPH value would suggest.

I had HR issues a while ago and turned wind down to 0, following Nomo, and that had a significant effect.

Turning wind off allowed me to see just how much wind was carrying certain types of hits.

Zero may be extreme for some, and I do personally like the effects wind has on the ball this year, but I think a value of 3 would probably make a noticeable difference fro those who want to see fewer HR.

I'd try that before trying to adjust contact/power/timing/solid hits.

Very undisciplined at the plate and swinging at a lot of pitches out of the zone, will turning on the strike zone help until I improve

Yeah I'm gonna lower it to 3 tonight when I get home from work. With it at 0 how many HR's were you seeing? I love the long ball but Nelson Cruz and Seager are tops in the league with 12 and 13 home runs each through 25 games or so and Seager is hitting a HR once every 7 at bat so clearly that's a little too high.

I was seeing league-average HR numbers. I saw everything from wall-scrapers to laser shots, and I saw no-doubters as well.

My sense is that there may be a discrepancy between how much wind affects fly balls IRL and how much it affects them in the game.

Once I turned wind back up to 5 with A&S's sliders post-patch 1.05, I could immediately see the difference that wind makes, and I think the wind factor could be the biggest contributor to the HR frequency thing.

In my LAD franchise, I'm seeing wind of 5 MPH or so having a significant impact and carrying balls further than they should go. What this looks like, to me, is rocket shots that should probably drop as warning-track or off-the-wall doubles become HRs.

Lowering wind by 2 clicks would make a difference, I believe, but it would also allow you to still see some of the benefits of the wind acting on the ball, which are pretty cool this year, especially with the spin you see from the round ball-round bat interaction.

Definitely helps me, I play with it on, it fades as the pitcher starts his delivery. Remember that this is a great start, but small tweaks are needed to best suit your individual playstyle. Armor encourages this. To me having the strike zone on helps me keep that area in my frame of mind.

Armor, I was watching your stream of the Reds and notice you use sponsorship. Any rhyme or reason to it? Dating back to 15' I thought there was some issue with using them. I really don't remember now. I just never did.

People who are struggling hitting, give The Show 15 hitting camera a shot. I switched to that and haven't had any issues. I also think a lot of people struggle with trying to make contact with runners on no matter what, especially if you're losing and you have your stud up at the plate. Be patient and wait for your pitch. Taking a walk with someone like Freeman is not going to hurt you.
