Well, here go again........man what a great to start the season

and Fielder looks like such a Assbag....c'mon you are a major leaguer, push the plate away and try working out. I know he became a vegetarian, but he dresses like a slob. I like the guy and he is great talent, but you have one job and that's to stay in shape and play the game.......

      Hey it's you again!
Tell your catcher to move out the way next time.

LOL...we should put the whole team down the 3rd baseline and let him knock them all out of commission

and apparently Cy Young has come out of retirement( and the grave ) and pitched all 3 games this year for you guys.

Man I wish the starters could pitch like this all the time. We have Parra going for us on Saturday and we are still waiting for Gallardo to get back from the 15 day DL so this staff is shaping up nice.
I think Fonzo needs to get ran over by Weeks next maybe that will wake him up a little!

Yeah, your staff, if healthy, is one of the strongest and deepest in the league. the real problem has been the health and just seems to bite them an awful lot.

That is going to happen a lot to Braun this year, which is not good for us.

Well, he did look like a tool on that play, but it was tough. Hopefully for you guys he gets a little more orientated with the position as the season progresses.
I love to rag on brewers players.....but in all fairness, there is a light sky and that was a line drive tailing off of Fukus LH bat

Yep...brand new ball game. At least you are not a Cards fan, then we could not talk here in the forums and you would from these forums.

No I don't like the Cards either so we have that in common, it's just I hate the Cubs more!
Here comes the classic Bush F up inning!

I understand I guess, is it all the world series titles we hold, or the great success we have had in the last 100 years, that makes you hate the Cubs.

Bush has really lost his control, which is odd for him. Don't fret though, we will find a way not to score...its fact, its science.

                        WTF was that Pie...good Lord

Safety squeeze my ***, how about a s***y squeeze.

That's the best thing Fonzo could have done, not swung!
Bush is all over the place, and yeah LOL Dempster has not had a sac bunt since 2003. This inning could have been much worse than it was.

Yeah, thats very odd for fonz not to be aggressive in a situation like that, and yes that inning could have been a lot worse. I hope that does not come back to haunt us...but I'm sure it will.

Can you tell I have been a Cubs fan for 26 years now...

I don't think Ramirez can do anything but hit homeruns...

seriously, man on third and he pops out, which seems to happen a lot...i want to take a look at his RISP avg, my guess is that it is abysmal...all he has to do is hit a single, he shouldn't be swinging in any fashion that would bring a short pop-up...
(EDIT: looked it up...his avg/obp/ops with risp last year was 338/428/1.1.04...which makes me wonder why I see him pop-up and K so often...I swear his approach at the plate is focused only on the long ball, in every situation.)

and that is what we are missing in the middle of our order, especially if you count soriano...everyone (lee, ramirez, soriano)seems preoccupied with swinging out of their shoes, rather than putting the ball in play.

I have said it before, but I think Lee has been bamboozled by the HRs he hit a few years ago...back then he was known as a patient hitter that walked a lot and hit for higher average than power...that has certainly turned around, though his average is not bad at all, his consistency and patience at the plate seem to be decreased.

Pie needs to be groomed for the lead-off spot...his speed is killer and he has some pop...yeah, he K's way too much, and has way too many 3 pitch ABs, but you could beat that out of him eventually...I would stick him up there (not necessarily immediately) and make him take the first two pitches, no questions asked.

oh yeah...Soriano drew a bases-loaded walk today (and I don't mean on a Jaleco game, either)....I would have bet against that a thousand times.

Yep. We suck again. Can't even beat a garbage pitcher. I love Soriano and Ramirez. They are the best.
