Eh, I don't know. May seems to be a really crappy month for him. I think he'll be fine.

I hope so. I'm mostly worried about his velocity drop. His movement can only get him so far. He needs a larger speed difference than 2mph between his 4 seam and change.

The velocity is a bit concerning. I thought it was hilarious when PitchFX was not registering his changeup correctly because it was the same velocity as his fastball.

Honestly I'd take crazy movement over velocity ten times out of ten, its not like Felix is suddenly throwing in the 80's. His changeup might be the best pitch in major league baseball, it has a godly 45.6 whiff/swing %

The declining fastball velocity is concerning, but check out this article:

"I was watching film yesterday, and it looked terrible," he told me. "Everything, my upper body is up, I'm not finishing my pitches, not just because of my back. I went to the films before my bad back, and still like that. I am not pushing with my back leg, not finishing my pitches. It surprised me a lot."
