But LeBron's had a fade away add this his game around the tail end of his Heat career. You can blame Spo for that one. After they lost the Finals to Dallas. That off season they (him and Wade) had to listen to Spo about developing their post up games.

Records meas absolutely nothing.

I just got matched up against someone with an 85% win % who I thought was about to be a demi-god. Literally ALL he did, 100% of the time, was pick and fade or pick and roll. If I shut the pick and fade down he would pass to the wing and drive baseline hoping the paint would be open.

I locked it down and ended up smacking him by 23 before he quit.

I assume that your record doesn't count quits, so he keeps his record high by never taking well deserved Ls.

I'm so mad I got super hype for a good challenge and ended up with the biggest blowout of the year.

I find it funny how the people who only play one way are always the people who quit. They never give themselves the chance to try anything else, so they never learn that something else might work.

I have to totally agree with the last paragraph. People give up WAY TOO EASILY. I got a great example below.

I finally unlocked the 2002 New Jersey Nets. I love playing with this team. I have a great rotation in place. All I need is 2 more players from that roster. Jason Collins and Lucius Harris to really completely the rotation lol.

So I'm playing this users who is playing with Portland Trailblazers. Everyone knows Dame Dollar is the hottest thing out there right now. I'm guessing this guy has never heard of Jason Kidd. But for the most part the clip below summary up the entire game. I was down by ten in the fourth and forced OT. Even though CJ McCullough got some shots. This guy tried to abuse Lillard. But Kidd locked up Lillard. But I threw in a trap to surprise him. I only ran it once before in the game. But it failed. He wasn't ready.

Lol I'd post the whole game. I couldn't believe he was just some the same few things over and over. He never used CJ.

I want to add to the above post. This user most of put either tight or deny on all players. And off ball with his center. So all I did was stand there. And wait for players to cut. Because the Nets have alot Princeton offense sets or plays (basically tons back door plays). I think I scored about 50 points in the paint.

Here is the worst part about his quit. There was a lot of time left in the game 150 something). He was only down 2 possessions. I force a turnover. And you think all hope is lost.

This **** is cheese. The **** that pisses me off to a whole nother level is when I attempt to make these passes, my player will either fumble the ball, itll be a bad pass out of bounds, or itll get stolen. One of these at the beginning of a quarter and another one off a timeout. I play good on ball defense, make defensive rotations manually, and the stupid ai just dicks me in some way. Either fix this **** or make this **** work both ways 2k!

Yeah man these weird complains won't get you any where.

Looks like your either trapping or in a half court press. There is no need to be. Or you are playing tight and all or in ball denying all. I forgot which type of defense is called.

I was just explaining how maybe after the 3rd time. You should of called timeout and changed the defensive settings specific on Shaq match up. Who was that? LMA?

What defense were you playing? Again seems like you were in a press. Or ball deny defense.

One tip for these situations is to turn into the guard and run back to the big until your big man recovers.

I think I remember saying that before in the past threads. People with super high winning records, to me, seems to be the easiest ones to beat, because they only know how to cheese the game. It's those people with the 50% or 60% winning percentage are the ones you have to worry about, because they tend to have a more diverse game. Don't get me wrong though. When the cheese works, the really works...ugh.

Looks like to me your opponent was manually sending Shaq to the rim. As a side note and oddly enough, I rarely see clean backcuts unless I'm running a play.

EDIT: What was your defensive settings? Now that I watched it a couple of times, your players are hovering to close to half-court and above the 3PT line. That's particularly bad considering that your opponent is not even running fastbreaks. I always have the opposite problem where my players drop too far into the paint and give up an uncontested 3.

First thing I thought was "What are his settings?", then I was like..."Why is that cut so clean?" hahaha

Your players are either on 3/4 top or front, you are in a trap/press defense, or some other setting is causing your players to play high and tight, exactly what you don't want to do in a situation where your opponent is sending back cuts from half court with Shaq, which is probably why your opponent is doing it. Fixing whatever setting is causing the D to play that way will remove the opportunities your opponent sees to make the pass, and your defense will be in a better position to deal with or prevent it.

I wouldn't consider this cheese because you can 100% stop it. In most instances I make sure I'm controlling my C/PF in transition until the paint is protected, then I switch away. After the first pass you should have started protecting the paint and defending the passes yourself. The main philosophy of my defense is that I rely on my players to do nothing, other than what I know they will do according to my settings.

Whether it is the AI causing the pass to be open, or your players not stealing passes they should steal, if you switch and defend it yourself, it can't happen.
