    There are no diagrams but I just completed all the plays and gave a discription of them all in my Playbook thread.

    Go check it and it gives you an understanding of how the plays should work.

      I'm going to be finalizing them soon. I've been really busy getting the playbooks settled for each team.

      I will post probably a Level 1 and Level 2 set of sliders for All-Star play. Level 2 will of course make the game harder on the Human Player if Levle 1 becaome too easy.

      As for rotations I was going to just send a few guy's a PM as to how I have things setup but if more guy's need rotations then I can just post them over at the Playbooks thread.

        Just sounds right, why would they make plays names up after teams

        Those teams do have their own plays listed but i added those plays to a few other teams because it fit's their personel aswell. For instance the Knicks just added Eddie Curry and that Bulls-Eye play was designed for Curry to get the Rock down low. So, I took a play originally assigned for the Knicks and added Bulls-Eye to their playbook.

        I treid to get the best the plays regardless that take advantage of team personel. Some teams like Minnesota will have only plays listed to go through KG while others like Dallas and Phoenix will have plays split up simply because they have more weapons and it allows those teams to have several guy's beat you on any given night.

        So, plays like Philly an Boston if they allow guy's like Gilbert Arenas, Baron Davis or Stephon Marbury to hog the rock on certain possessions throughout a game that's what I want to see. That's realism to see those guy's put their head down and attack one on one.......

          Great game. Great sliders. Helluva game, very enjoyable. The Celts really spread the ball around. Gerald Green was nearly unstoppable. We D'd up good on Pierce.

          PM, that "Philly" play was absolutley perfect for the Knicks! We were down and once I was able to figure out how the play was to be executed, you know I ran it damn near every time down court because we were trailing late.
          Marbury gives the ball up and curls around to get it on the wing. I got it to him once, stepped in and hit an 18 footer. Got it again, hit a 3. Got it again, drove and fed Channing Frye for a dunk. INCREDIBLE!

          You've made this game really fun to play man!!

          Damn Marbury had 18 points and still got 8 Assist......

          The FT's look really good. I was thinking though of increasing it to 100 to get more misses. The total shots looked awesome aswell and I'm thinking you really setup thew offense and ran plays that helps big time to make the pace feel so realistic if the HUman player is running plays just like the CPU will run plays all game.

            just got killed by knicks, (GSW) 95 @ (NYK) 120

            Curry had a double double (20 pts/18 rebs) The guy was a beast in the paint. JCraw and Marbury played really well too.

              Yeah I'm working on a Final set right now so I can move on with Franshise play. I'm going to beef up the DEFENSE one last time so shots will not come easy without moving the ball.

              I don't what to take the fun factor out of the game because that's why I like Live. You can tone some things, improve the flow of the game yet still get great free-style moves to work and Star players to overpower scrubs like they should.

              On a side note Amare just killed me using New Orleans Hornets. The Suns beat me 109-72 and he had 20-PT's, /20-Reb's and 4 blocks. It was sick because whenever I started a run he would defuse all momentum with a rim rattling slam. The guy is a beast in this game. In fact he's the reason why I'm beefing up the defense a little more. I'm sick of AMARE and his damn Suns.....

                  Ok I'm done unless something drastic happens and the sliders turn into a mess. The Front Page can no longer be UPDATED so the LINK will provide the Sliders and changes. What I've done is made minor adjustment's to the Sliders to because I've now included an extra GAME-SPEED which allows for more minutes.

                  So here's the 3 speeds:
                  40=10-12 MINUTES
                  45=8-10 MINUTES
                  50=6-8 MINUTES

                  All changes will be indicated with an (*) next to the Slider.

                  I highly encourage everyone to give 40 a shot even if you don't want to play extended minutes. Here's why for some reason when you slow the game down it effects the offensive end. Now here's why I think that's great. It helps to stay in front of your man more if you had problems giving up layups. But most important it seems to slow down the Offensive rebounds more because guy's aren't moving like Jack Rabbits in a hurry to the glass.

                  It's weird but Defensive Rebounding seems better on Slower Game-Speeds. Some guy's might not like a slower speed but if you were playing at 45 the difference will seem very mute overall after about 2 games. You won't even notice it much but you will see the CPU's Free-Styles more clearer because of the slowdown. You can actaully see a guy better when he makes a move instead of it being so fast.

                  I was going to beef up the On Ball Physical Defense but I want the game to play fluid and not have guy's all playing defense like Ron Artest or Bruce Bowen so I backed off that route and instead just upped the CPU's FAKEOUT DISCIPLINE a little more. Now I'm going to work on rotations for every teams and start my Dyansty. But you should give 40 Speed a shot or even 42 if you don't want to go that low. I think it really does help the defensive rebounding by slowing down guy's.

                    just tried your updated sliders. i played 12 mins, but i didn't like it cuz it was slow and too long. score became too high also. so i went back with 8 mins. 8 mins is just PERFECT for me. just played bucks, and the score ended up 78-85 bucks. i was golden state once again. scores/stats were right on the money. luv them sliders/8 mins and will use them for dynasty mode. thanks PM.

                      I actually meant to post 10-12 Minutes for Gamespeed of 40.

                      But I figured if guy's were using 50 Gamespeed it would feel very different to them as opposed to guy's who were balling at 45 Gamespeed already. It's easier to transistion down from 45 than 50.

                      But I'm loving 40 Gamespeed set at 11 Minute QTR's.

                      I should have rotations finished up by monday. I posted about 8 teams already located on post #2 in my playbooks thread if anyone is interested in that info.

                        Alright NBA Live 06 can be maximized if everyone Knew/understood the sliders in the game.. Feel free to debate or discuss my SLiders..but truthfully i understand the game as well as tested each slider.... as of now i will focus on the major ones that affect drastically effect gameplay----------------------->>>>>>
                        fyi--CPU is Always 5 Sliders Less than User....... i.e 30 steals/25 cpu steals



                        Before Anything : Offense-Minded (Sliders)


                        **Game Speed---- 35-44 (anything Lower will be extremely slow and to eliminate the slight ice skating effect..44 is the cut off point)

                        **Steals-----------38 (Adds to realism to attempt/steal ratio in the game)the lower the number the less attempts to steal.. or reach in

                        **In Air Foul Collision feq.---75 (In "Air" mean the odds of the Referee calling a foul if your player is challenge too hard at the basket while attempting a dunk or layup "in air") anything Higher, 80 or above your big men might as well quit and walk away.. anything lower than "65" you big Men will be GODS of the Paint. (trust me)

                        **Interception Ability ..... 60 (this adds more potential fast breaks and adds the realism of the ball actually "Sticking" to the interceptors hand..its really sad there's nearly 50 deflected balls during a game) anything lower it'll be playing tennis..except with basketball and your Hand.


                        **Freestyle Effectiveness ....42 (This feature mean the Higher the rating the Faster the "Dribble or crossover" giving you greater potential to "juke" the defender.. Ok.. anything higher than 50 your virtually Allen Iverson on Power Boast... Extremely fast crossover... now this is fine..but if you want sim style play then at 42 the motion is fluid & animations are noticeable.

                        **Dunk/lay up percentage......70 (Everyone in the NBA Better know how to slam and make a layup.. at 70 means the odds of the dunk actually going in is a 70% chance.. anything higher than 70 you'll have wierd situations like Josh Smith dunking over Shaq alot.. anything lower than 70% you'll have Steve Nash missing a Layup on a 3-on-1 fast break. not all the time but quite alot..which is nonsense


                        Defense Minded Sliders

                        Layup/shot/Dunk Block abilities...............30 (blocking layups, shots and dunks happen but not that often..only a selected few NBA players has that ability Ben Wallace, Josh Smith, Tyshaun Prince on a good nite..etc) Anyway anything higher will have Damon Jones Swatting your layup or shot from behind and anything lower will have Mike James Making jump shots over Amare Stoudemire.

                        On Ball Defense Assist................65 (Means how often your players will switch over to ball dribbler if your beaten to the basket by him. Anything Lower you'll be dunk on being pushed out of bounds giving up the point..anything higher your guys helping you out will always leave someone "Too Open"

                        On Ball Physical Defense...............65...cpu 45 (Means how often your players will attempt to Block, jump or do anything to "Challenge" The shot,layup or dunk....anything higher for User is ok.. considering its based off of Human Skill..but with CPU.. Whoa! its like running J Kidd into a wall..you will always meet someone to the basket , whether open or not... Just think of "Rubberband Effect"... "where did he come from , i was open" the difference with this and Defense Assist is that.. This Slider Adjust your A.I Knowledge to Jump, Block Challenge the Person coming to the Hole.. whereas Assist Just Adds that Extra Coverage....

                        Reach in Foul Frequency...........44 (adds a nice balance of foul calls for steals gone bad.. with the freestyle dribble more Fluid..allows us to see the ball better as its dribble... so we can pick and choose when to steal ... just make sure your not reaching in too Late.. anything higher than 55 you'll have petty calls killing fast break potentials alot.. anything lower.. you might as well not dribble just shoot from full-court.


                        Rebounds Offensive/Defensive ability..........45/65... This solely depends on player rating skills.. but 45-70... adds a nice balance for both keeping the stats realistic and true..its an ability.. so you dont want to have Kirk Hinrich with that much of ability while on offense to Jump in the hole and grab a off.rebound over Rasheed Wallace lets say 50 or 50% of the time... now on defense i'll say its a 65% chance he could .."could" do it

                        ... OK These are the Major Ones for Now... Any Questions regarding the Others or These ... Just let me know Fellas.. Just trying to Help thats ALL U know?.......i'm online all Day.. ...... Peace

                          ***Hey*** Well These Sliders are Effective Globally .. Any Quarter Settings.. See when you adjust
                          Fatigue Effect
                          Subsitutions
                          Thats when the Quarter Minutes Settings Plays a role
                          I mean with Fatigue Affect at 40 or 40%. means 40%of your players health is drained during each quarter (nothing more nothing less) it will always be.. then you'll have a problem with realism.. 4 Sprints up and Down the Court i'm nearly Out of Energy.. So at 40% your player is like Lance Armstrong Playing B-ball.. too Much Stamina, not really getting tired..lol cant imagine Kobe, Allen, Shaq, Lebron.. keeping the Same level of intensity for 4 quarters.. they come in Spurts.. catch my drift? therefore 48-52 Is Ideal for that particular slider meaning 48% of his energy is depleted at the end of each quarter

                          Now I Personally play on 8min quarters. .due to time and house business i gotta tend to..

                          **Far as Shooting sliders to Me there Optional.. leave them at 50 or 50% cuz its a 50/50 thing.. but u could go 45/short 45/middle 45/long to add more realism..i wouldnt go higher than 50 or lower than 45% it'll completely miss up the game realism.. ..but shooting is a give and take depending on the release, defender assistance..and physical defense settings

                          Poor Shot release Percentage .........(Means if you hold the button alil too long.. how much will it affect your shot.... ) at 60 or 60% if your hanging in the air or holding the button.. your chances of hitting the shot is diminished.. just like the chances of you getting called for traveling... anything Lower.. You'll be hitting Fadeaway Hanging Jumpers From Out of Bounds with 2 Defenders in your Face

                            First you need to Adjust your User On-Ball Physical Defense.. (read above) but dont go too far Over what i suggested.. THis atleast give your players alil more "Toughness when attacking the Dunk/Layup etc" possibly keeping the ball from being Counted kinda like increasing there Ferocity .. Only on the User Side though.. !!!!

                            or 2.
                            Decrease the Adjusted Shot Percentage .. Which means If you player is Challenge there is a 50 or50% chance he will make the shot.. Adjusted in Live means Layup or Dunk that someone Jumps At Decreasing this to about 35 means going to the basket if someone jumps at him trying to block his or raise there hands up.. That Shot when his animation starts to adjust and he throws up anything ,has a 35% Chance of Going in...

                            Lastly your can Lower your Charging/Blocking Foul Frequency... But lowering that below 50 will have Your Superstars "Like GODS" in the game.. Dunking over Everyone at any spot on the floor.. Yes Even ShaQ will be Posterized by Andre Iguodala..

                            Overall Put your Physical Defense At 65 and the CPU Adjusted Shot Percentage at like 35-40

                            SLIGHT HINT::: If You decrease certain Sliders you will see certain animations like Splitting Defenders.. or Jumping into a defender who went for the pump fake.. or Being Tripped by a Defenders Leg as u drive to the whole.

                              Yo BP, thanks for spelling this stuff out. Some of these are backwards from what you might think they stand for. Im trying to get an effect from something that I turned down that should have been turned up or vice versa.

                                Here's what I got after the 1st QTR using a test game between Portland (me) vs Seattle playing 11 minutes on Game Speed of 40.

                                Stats so far:

                                Portland-18
                                Seattle-27

                                Rebounds-8/13 (Offensive 5/4)
                                Assist-4/2
                                Steals-1/2
                                Blocks-1/0
                                Fouls-7/7
                                Turnovers-3/3
                                FG's-7/18-8/18
                                FG%-.389/.444
                                3-PT FG-0/1-1/3

                                Top Players so Far:
                                Portland-Ratliff-5 PT's, Przybilla-3-Reb's, Randolph-2-Asst
                                Seattle-Allen-9-Pt's, Lewis-4-Reb's, Ridour-2-Asst

                                Miutes played so far out of 11 Minute Qtr's with SUB FREQ at 44:
                                Portland-Randolph-9, Miles-8, Telfair-8, Webster-8, Ratliff-6 (2-Fouls)
                                Seattle-Lewis-9, Ridnour-8, Allen-8, Evans-6, Fortson-6 (2-Fouls)

                                I try to play as SIM as possible and the game seems to play better if the Human player uses that startegy aswell. The CPU will play true to form meaning they fastbreak unless it's there and they won't take crazy shots or quick shots at all unless you just blow an assignment defensively and leave them no choice but to score an easy quick basket. I'll post more stats from this game later but 40 deosn't feel too bad after you adjust to the speed.

                                Looks like only Fortson and Ratliff were in early foul trouble but that's common for those two guy's.
