Also, I've created Grand Canyon and South Dakota as custom schools, and ported the players to them; this way you have more accurate teams (without the winston salem and UL calcutta jersey's and courts).

NOTE: I couldn't edit the coaches for teams that have names longer than 16 digits. If you try to change the team name or the coach name for these teams, something gets messed up in the name bank and bugs will occur
Does this mean that this roster has the updated conference alignments too, so we don't have to swap schools around at the start of every legacy (side Q: is that even possible)? Or is this updating coach appearance, W-L, championships, etc.?

I'm happy either way, just wanted to check and verify. Thank you!

in this version i've just updated all the coaches names and appearances. there should also be updated records from previous versions of the roster. Anyway the conference alignment still has to be done manually at the beginning of a legacy

Here's the most updated rosters for 2015-16 season. It includes the excellent base provided by Bpurc22 & aross, renamed coaches provided by grieserulz14 & manustyle90, my hex edited coaching records and a few attribute changes, corrected/accurate player accessorcies and appearences by manustyle, and a mixture for the conference realignment guide, by TheRosterMaker, zack4070, and T-Moar.

This will probably be the final release, and then we await the 2016-2017 rosters.

For the realignment, it would be best to replace the original versions of Grand Canyon (Mid-Eastern) and South Dakota (Summit League), with their more accurate created versions first, in order to avoid any confusion when you're doing the rest of the teams.

I was using my brothers xbox, and I remember playing this game but it was back in hs when I had a crt tv... it blows my mind how much better the game in hd looks versus the ps3 version.

I tried it, and it was unable to load, then I tried the non hex edited 2015-16 roster, and it loaded so I think there is something wrong with the file. Sorry.

Edit: I just checked, yeah you definitely did something wrong. It loaded up perfectly for me, and all of the conferences are updated. Be sure to follow Ruud's post: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...box-360-a.html

I also realized I may a mistake with the coaches, now the assistant coaches are messed up. So I'll go through and try to edit them back.

Edit 2: Conferences are working, and I reverted the coaches back to normal. I have to go thru and manually edit every coach instead of just copying a pasting

Last Edit: I finally went though and re-edited the coaches records, this time without renaming the coaches and/or the assistants. This will most likely be my last time editing these for the xbox. This also includes the updated conferences.

Please let me know if they're are any issues.

It is corrupt again or it is real hard to hex edit the xbox 360 version.

I guess you could, just follow the guide on the attributes. But not sure why you want to do that.

But on the flip side, I've been doing this side project with NBA 2k8 because I wanted to import draft classes, because I'm too lazy to do it with the newer games. So, I purchased NBA a while back and I recently started hex editing it too. The things I was able to do and discover where:

                                1. Give players more accurate ages. It always bothered me back when the game first came out that players esstentially aged twice before they entered the league. (i.e. when you exported them they would be the end age of their class, Freshman would be 19, sophs 20, etc. It's not accurate because if you are SCOUTING the players in NBA, they're ages should be accurate (You're scouting a freshman he should be 18 at the start of the season, then turn 19 on January) It was always a little pet peeve of mine, that actually still isn't even correct in current NBA games even with birthdays added.

                                2. After the 4th draft class, at least on the ps3, there was an issue with the game not giving players their actual names when importing them. They would usually have the correct first name but a generated last name or vice versa, I've figured out how to fix that.

                                3. Salary cap. I've loosley simulated moves in 2k8 that happened in real life, Melo and Amare to Knicks, and LeBron to Miami and back to Cavs, etc. I also wanted to simulate the salary cap increase. I'm pretty sure I have this wrong, but it's close enough and I think I set it earlier than it needed to be, but I was able to increase the salary cap to 70 mil. It's extremely noticable in the contracts, and once I finish the current season, I can't wait to see what contracts will be for some of the imported superstars!

                                Spoiler
