        Adam Silver is savage.

Bringing up the Celtics not only winning the title, but bringing up infront of the Nets fans the fact that the Celtics did so via the draft with Tatum and Brown, and we all know the Nets connection to those two picks.

What do we think of the spurs move ? Trading the 8th pick for a 1st and swap in 5-6 years seems like a bad move. It doesn’t look like they want to win anytime soon

Awesome to see Edey go top 10

Can someone tell me what the appeal is, as a fan, to go and sit at the NBA Draft for 3 hrs?

If they’re cheap/free tickets then I get it, but other than that…I’d be watching this from the house.

Guess would be they feel they can get more in a trade with those two picks than the #8 pick in this year's draft. And simply kicks the can down the road to keep those picks available for trades.

That’s the Perfect fit for him as they need the help now and his shooting alone will get him minutes. People are just so worried about age even in a bad draft

But generally speaking isn't a pick worth more then the player you selected with it? What I mean is the 8th pick in the draft would be more valuable than Rob Dillingham.

Runs completely counter to the talk of the Spurs wanting to arm up quickly though. Trade a 8th pick now for some first 6 to 7 years from now. Only way that makes sense is from a trade value position.

Anthony Edwards will still be in his prime when that pick conveys so odds are it’s not a top pick. I get not trying to go all in and win, but it’s not like it’s a loaded roster for the other players around wemby. I would be mad if I was a spurs fan bc that draft pick isn’t going to be a value-able one anytime soon
