Am I the only one who notices this:

Just how close are Mepos and Argentina?
Fun Fact: Every Tom Izzo recruiting class has played in a Final Four.

noone considered the Bulls boring. They were a freat defensive team. Its moreso that the players arent all flashy and boisterous... which is overrated IMO anyhow.

Isn't he on the Surreal Life now?

Well, back to topic, I only wound up watching the last 7 minutes of the game. I tried hard to get into the Finals, but the first few minutes didn't do much to hold my interest. I'll give it another go on Sunday.

Just, please, David Stern... No more mini-concerts before the start of the game, please!!!!! How much did Will Smith pay you to pimp that garbage song of his right before introductions?!?

I don't see why neither team tries to push the tempo a little bit during those scoring droughts. Can't you look for easy baskets AND play defense?

I made the comment that Manu was one of the league's elite, and so far the performances he's put on in the 2005 Playoffs have served as evidence to my claim. He has been brilliant throughout, and if he continues his success against a stellar defensive team like Detroit, he should receive some of the same praise other guys in the league have received. You make a name for yourself in The Finals, and this is where he has his chance to prove what he can do. I know he gets a lot of criticism for floppin at times, but most of the good ones at one time or another, were criticized for certain aspects of their game. Because of San Antonio's style of play, Manu's game compliments Tim Duncan very well. Most of the superstars in the league have had their "Media Spotlight" moments throughout the season/playoffs, and this is Manu's time. Hopefully he can capitalize on a great opportunity.

Understand this my evidently non BBall schooled friend. Detroit and San antonio
play great transition defense so their opponents hardly ever beat them with
                              mismatches down the court.

If you have great running big men it will ruin your fast breaks.

If you are always pushing the tempo you run the risk of getting your big men out of the game and Turnovers.

A great defensive team PRAYS you start running and gunning cause they know you will either wear out and give them easy baskets.

Detroit is every where on that court, they rarely give free buckets, they play transition defense and B. Wallace is a monster in the paint, why send your guards at him?

Phoenix ran cause they have a swift small team it fits them. Their P.Forward
is a small forward and their center can dunk from anywhere.

Howeva they cant beat detroit or san antonio in a series.
