actually i was responding to Rahkems sarcastic remark stating that the pistons sure can;t play against these spurs.... which IMO was intended for all those spurs fans or nba fans proclaiming that the spurs are just the better team and the pistons stand no chance.... and now that they are getting BEAT, he stated that to just rub a little salt in the wound, which im fine with.

I was basically saying, if the spurs were playing just alittle better, the game would obviously be closer... Just because I don't flat out give the pistons credit, doesnt mean Im knocking them. im speaking from a spurs fan standpoint. I basically assume, spurs arent playing well= pistons playing well. I guess i shouldve stated that the pistons were playing well, huh?

And yet you try to start one with your comments. Good job. How in the world is it petty for me to say that no one knows how the two teams play against each other when they are playing 100%? I did not try to start an argument at all.

Now onto the game. Why are the Spurs switching on everything? I'd wish their big men would hedge the screen instead of switching all the time which leaves for mismatches and they've been burt on them quite badly. If they want to get back into the game, they need to just run their sets and Timothy D has to stop missing the chippies. Parker has done nothing in the lane with Chauncey and Wallace stopping him from getting those floaters.

This is very, very weird. Now I really wonder if last year starts to creep in the Spurs heads, because they are just getting pimpslapped right now.

I think the Spurs are a really good team, however, in some ways they seem soft to me. I still think this series is going 7 games though.

Well put it this way, SA can't lose the series on Detroit's home floor. So even if they get completely pasted these 3 games, they will still make sure the championship is decided on their home floor. In the 2-2-1-1-1 format, there is a much greater chance for the championship to be decided on the team who didn't get homecourt advantage.

they were talking all that smack to the spurs during the sonics series and the spurs debunked that. I wanna see the spurs do the exact same thing and debunk all that trash people are talking about them. I'm surprised that both teams have been thrashing each other in all the games. I'm still keeping my head up for the spurs though.

what a horrible series so far. all 4 games have been garbage. hopefully a road team will step up and give us a decent game before this series is over. if things continue like this, this will go down as the worst 7 game series of all time.

it seems as if everytime a non-flashy team makes the finals, people ridicule the series. That's one of a few reasons why I think the nba has gone down the drain.
