    It is true...I am a defensive guy and a jab fiend. The K - Bro's style is what describes me best. Keep guys at a distance and rope - a - dope if I get trapped, let them wear themselves out.
    The connect percentages aren't any different. The only thing the stamina change does is reduce the amount of punches I can throw.

    Essentially, it's a "house rule" that I don't have to consciously enforce. The CPU output isn't affected at all by the stamina as far as I can tell. I'm getting the same results with 2 vs. 6.

    I also played around with upping CPU defense to 2, but it really screwed things up.
    Recovering slider addict...Fight Night Round 4 caused me to relapse...

      Yea I hate that damn parry into auto jab crap......Counter window is fine now but its that damn auto jab from a parry thats irking me : did Arreolla do a auto jab after the manny jabs he tok to his face/gloves????

          I just had a great fight against Mayweather, lost in a split decision....No knockdowns

            My ps3 is currently out of action at the moment...so I was curious if someone could explain the difference of how jukes sliders play compare to shauns? Both seem to have a hugely different idea...

              Parker could answer this better than I could...but I don't play on GOAT, but on Champion with the CPU DEF AI at 0 because of the timed block against the jab. I know his are def. more hard core and the connect percentages are lower. I focused mine on bringing out the differences in the styles of each fighter and at the same time have the ability to use the jab without it getting countered by Old George Foreman and him looking as slick defensively as Floyd Mayweather does. I haven't used his since the new sliders were introduced, but I'll try them today to see what they do.

                I havent tried shuan's nor parker's sliders since stamina, accuracy etc were introduced, so I cant compare....

                The best way I would describe my set would be Tom Clancy's boxing...In Tom Clancy's games like Splinter Cell, Rainbow 6, Ghost Recon you just cant run and shoot like Halo unless you want to die....In this case you cant throw punches none stop with out defending yourself unless you want to get KOed as you can see in the video Ive posted....

                I cant even play online anymore because of the way Ive changed the game lol those guys online just tgrow punches none stop and I always hit them with clean shot after clean shot and they never go down let alone get stunned...

                Edit- I just replayed Me vs PBF II(didnt get to finish the one before)

                5 rounds had mixed scores....Also, I won 5 rounds and PBF won 6, we both split the 4th

                Judge 1- 111/114 PBF
                Judge 2- 114/111 Me
                Judge 3- 112/114 PBF

                Mayweather Knocked me down 2 times(once in the 12th)both came from me being stunned(have to work on my clinching)

                I knocked PBF down once on a flash KD...He was stunned a couple times but I could finish because of his D and my dont push out of clinch house rule....I, myself was stunned a couple times

                I witness 0 auto jabs, thanks to me using the jab to set up punches

                My stats- 12 rounds of action from two counter punchers

                Me-

                Total punches- 196/533 36%

                Jabs- 113/348 32%

                Head- 135/386 34%

                Body- 61/147 41%

                PBF-

                Total punches- 186/513 36%

                Jabs- 97/229 42%

                Head- 71/271 26%

                Body- 115/242 47%

                No real damage were done, just a little swells

                      yes, boxers fight like them selfs, well atleast to their giving style(counter puncher, slugger etc)

                      Pac man was a pain to fight against and I had to keep running...That guy was throwing 70+ punches a round...As you can see Floyd was only throwing about 40 punches a round and he def was picking his spots

                      and I gotta say that I love the "no push out of clinch" house rule...Not only does it cut dont on the KD's(even I got KD because I got gassed trying to finish and the cpu caught me with a hook) it helps me regain my stamina...

                        One problem I think you'll find using Juke's sliders on Champion is that the power/toughness ratio is too high.

                        10 Power and 0 Toughness will produce a bunch of knockdowns and you won't see many fights go the distance.

                        That ratio is really only viable on GOAT where connect percentages can be tweaked to be much, much lower.

                            I know I'm all over the place guys...but I'm just trying out all the sets now that I got my PS3 back...

                            Shaun whats a good amount of punches for the CPU to throw each round? I really like your sliders, but I'd like the CPU to attack a little more. If I raise the CPU punch output a little bit would that throw your sliders out of wack?

                              Well, if you fight a counter puncher (Toney, Chambers) you'll get about 25-40 a round. Any of the others you'll get 50-90 a round. I don't think raising it will hurt anything. With stamina at six they will still keep an eye on conserving punches and with OFF AI at nine they will be smart about their selection. I will try it tonight if I can and post my results.

                                Just one other thing I noticed while playing about 5 fights. I routinely connected on about 55-60 percent of my punches is this too high? The computer finished at about the same, but I just chalked that up to my poor defense.

                                I've faced Hatton the last 3 times and he's averaged about 650-700 a fight for 12 rounds. So thats about 55 punches a round. He usually came out firing first couple rounds at around 80-90 punches....then dropped off to the 60s from rounds 3-7....and then 40-50 punches for rounds 8-12....

                                That looks pretty legit right?

                                That's with Punch Output at 1.
