Got fitted for them and they will be here next week.

Buddy of mine SWEARS by those irons, and by the way he hits them. I would say these are some pretty good irons. Hit them long and straight SinisterAles!!

Yeah, those are some nice ones. Are you pairing them with nike balls also?

I got a tee time this Saturday - cannot wait - it's going to barely reach 50, but that's perfect for me (not a fair weather player).

I love the idea of the progression from the blade irons from PW to 8, then the split cavity from 7-5 then the cavity back from 4-3. Simply amazing.

Since Nike is releasing new VR wedges soon, I might have to replace my Callaway wedges with the current Nike ones.

I love Cleveland wedges. I'm actually rocking out some solid Vega Wedges with Aerotech Steelfiber shafts in graphite. I've never thought of having graphite wedges, but holy cow - you can spin any kind of ball, it's ridiculous.

If you guys are equipment junkies - go to Golfwrx forums - there is a classified section that I simply cannot stay out of. Top notch stuff - and it is where A LOT of the pros are at.

Meh, I've never been into Cleveland, always been a Callaway/ Nike guy.

I'm a user on GolfWRX, just joined recently. Great forums for everything golf related. Like Matt said, top notch.

Srixon Z-Star. Played a lot of balls and the Z-Stars are the ones I can spin the most. On the green though I putt with a Calloway Tour i(z). Love that ball around the green. But I use that because I only use them to put, and Pro V1's for a sleeve of 3 cost more than the Calloways.

Love the Z-Star balls, you're right - they are the best spinners, and they are a solid core ball that isn't too heavy or light. I actually like putting with them myself, never been a Callaway ball guy though.

This year, i'm going to keep it simple with the Titleist. I use lostgolfballs website and get a 50 pack (used, high quality) of Pro V1s for about $80+shipping.

You change your ball during the hole when you get around the green? Rules breach!

I envy you guys that get to play all year.

I've been playing the Callawa Diablo HX Tour golf ball. Really solid ball and its a really good price.

Man, I wish I could too. If temp is above 35 here, it's golfing weather. This weekend is in the 50's, can't beat that for January!

Lol, I live in Maryland I usually put my clubs away in November and dont bring them back out until March. Got lucky that it was 53 on Satruday so I ran out. Round took 6 hours though as the group in front of us was slow as hell and most of us hadn't played all winter so we couldn't really play through.

What kind of Mizuno's do you have? I'm in the market for new irons. I'm set between Mizuno's or the Nike pro combo's.

To kick of my year I've shot a 94 and an 85. Hopefully I can break 80 for the first time by the end of the year.
