Re: Nintendo 3DS
I've been having a blast with it so far.
I have... 7 jobs now (including Freelancer, so 6 jobs I've unlocked) and I barely feel like I've made a dent in the story.
This is true old-school goodness. I feel like playing both FFIX and FFTactics again, the game is that good to me.badComment

Does it have a lot of sidequests or are you mostly grinding?YNWAComment

Re: Nintendo 3DS
I've only just started Chapter 2 and I haven't really been grinding at all. I'll do that later when it's worth it and I have more stuff unlocked. I just opened up the 3DS - all my characters are level 22 and 3 of them are at job level 7 and one at job level 6 (each may have an additional job or two at level 2 or 3.)
I have... 9 jobs unlocked now, and have only done... 1 side quest. I guess you could *consider* it two side quests, but they were interwoven and I just felt like doing the second part of it was finishing it up, though it was completely optional and (semi, since they have the blue "!" bubble) miss-able.badComment

This has my hype for this game nice and high. It will be sitting on my doorstep when I get home!!YNWAComment

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Wow in Brooklyn there are zero copies available in any gamestop so Best Buy was my last hope. Turns out my neighborhood BB had more copies than they knew what to do with. Picked it up and about to delve into it now.Comment

Re: Nintendo 3DS
Played a bit of Animal Crossing New Leaf the other day. It was fun but I think I'm going to have to trade it in, because I just don't have the time to play it every single day, and with a game like AC, I feel like to really get into the game, you have to play it 30-60 minutes nearly every day.
Not sure about Bravely Default. It's getting rave reviews, but don't know if I'm into that style of RPG.Currently Playing:
