Yeah, they talked about that on ATOS last night too. Sony is also saying there will be 500,000 to 700,000 PS3's available for US launch. No shortage huh? LOL those will all be gone in minutes.

62 games @ TGS (27 playable)

The SONY computer entertainment Japan (SCEJ), it announced that Tokyo game Shaw 2006 (Makuhari メッセ September 22nd - 24th) with the SCEJ booth, the next generation console "PLAYSTATION3" and private software 27 title test playing are exhibited. The PS3 apparatus プレイアブル as for those where it is displayed, the exhibition with this TGS2006 becomes the world first.

Here's a list of 19 of 27 confirmed playable PS3 titles. The remaining 8 titles are currently a mystery.

We don't really know for sure...

I mean, maybe a game would come out better uncompressed? If so, it does mean something.

But it's nothing to argue over so nevermind.
