    Thanks Flawless.

That sucks. I was really hoping for something this week, at least news. Oh well. Hopefully this DLC is big.

Yeah, that hasn't done anything to help my opinion of the game, considering I bought it for $5 just two days ago.

To be fair, maybe the iPod touch I played it on was just horrible. That's possible. But I didn't really notice any problems outside of the game.

But if my experience with Galaxy was an average experience, then God help anyone who bought it. I spent 20 minutes on some fights because I was having huge problems with lag on the combat abilities and basic inability to move. I'm half convinced Jacob is a bipolar drunk, because that's what he fought like in my game.

In other news, the info regarding the next DLC that they teased earlier this week isn't coming out. They posted on their Twitter a little bit ago that they jumped the gun and won't have any info for a while.

Not a banner week at BioWare.

it seems that delaying announcements of announcements is quite popular this generation.

I finally got the extreme power gamer acheivement. I thought that you had to get it in two playthroughs so I always got to 59 but I started another game and got to 60.

If I went any bigger, it would not have properly fit with my equipment, so I had to optimize. I'm okay with it, but I also know what I'm missing with those five inches. :)

              FINALLY!

              Some DLC news.

New achievements popped up for the game today. No official date but looks like the DLC should be coming soon.

BioWare has said the next downloadable addition to Mass Effect will be a Fight Club-style arena. Expect less of a focus on story, and more on gambling and good old-fashioned dust-ups.

"We had something in Mass Effect 1 that again, we weren't able to pull off just because we didn't have the time and we didn't think we'd be able to do it well enough, which was a fight club or an arena. So we're actually working on that for our next downloadable content piece and we're hoping it'll be really special," said BioWare's Preston Watamaniuk. He was speaking in a documentary bundled with Mass Effect Platinum Hits and leaked to YouTube (thanks, Joystiq).

"We wanted to be able to give people a much more combat-oriented, lighter-story experience," added Mass Effect project director Casey Hudson. "You're going to go to a kind of casino gaming fight club space station."

Yeah I saw that but there was something else that said that they wanted to do more than just an arena type of thing.

                      New Mass Effect DLC detailed

The Swiss Xbox website has revealed the contents of the Pinnacle Station DLC for Mass Effect.

This "remote, top-secret space station" offers 13 battle scenarios for Shepard (at Spectre level) to tackle, and adds around "2-3 hours" of gameplay in total. And that's it, according to a translation on the ME forums.

Pinnacle Station costs 400 Microsoft Points (£3.40 / €4.80). The file is 237MB and has a publish date of 16th June on the Swiss website, which is evidently wrong. No other region with an Xbox website mentions the content, as far as we can see.

The listing follows the appearance of three extra Achievements for Mass Effect, which are based on the new content.

BioWare has been talking about making an arena or Fight Club-style addition for Mass Effect since February, although we've heard little of late.

BioWare is currently hard at work on Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2.

Pinnacle Station premium theme. Not the best quality pics, but it looks like a cool theme.

Yeah I'm going to get this as well.

                            Citadel theme was pretty weak.
