that is a great question actually. Impretty sure u dont need to unlock anything in rb1 if u export. I think it just takes all the data from the disc no matter if stuff was unlocked

So I don't use the mic that came with it, I use a headset and I have to hold the r trigger? Dang...

no, you do use the mic and just hold down the trigger on whatever controller you are signed in with

I think I read that you don't need to unlock anything. Like the post above said, it takes all the date from the disc.

cool thanks dookie! I just got rb1 used from amazon for 13 bucks. So once I get it on the mail Im transfering everything over to RB2.

I'm thrilled, especially if it's older country (Cash, Nelson) or even 90's country (Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, Travis Triitt).

Whether or not you like country, this is good for Rock Band, no doubt about it. Anytime you can add another genre to an already large range of music is good. Hopefully we can get other types (blues, raggae, etc) into the game too.

Frankly, I think country would be a really fun genre to play on guitar.

I want Achy Breaky Heart in this game, NOW.

Agreed on the comments about the range of music in Rock Band.

So, Guitar Hero was a game where you played the guitar, but now Guitar Hero IV do you not only have a quitar, but drums and a mic? What's the difference between, GH and RB? Different companies, game modes and songs or what? I thought the point of RB was to be a band and guitar hero, was well, to play the guitar?

After the success of RB, GH's new game is copying the style of RB by bringing in the other instruments. In the past, GH was just guitar/bass. GH had just one career mode style where you go through tiers of songs of increasing difficulty until you beat them all on guitar. RB has the tour mode where you travel around the world play little setlists of songs the game creates or you create to get money and gain fans. I'm not sure how the tour mode in the new GH will work, it'll probably be similar to RB's.

I was there yesterday, they had a sign up saying it was out then. Asked a guy there and he said it comes out tomorrow. Which would be today.

Then you would be wrong. Their ALBUM, Black Ice, came out today. The AC/DC Live Rock Band comes out Nov. 2nd.

No I wouldn't be. They had a sign up saying something along the lines of "XBOX 360 AC/DC DLC OUT OCTOBER 19TH". I asked the guy that worked there if it the AC/DC stuff for Rock Band 2 was out and he said tomorrow, meaning today.

Don't just jump to conclusions on things you do not know, you weren't there and have no idea as to what I asked the employee.
