Not bad at all actually. The bacon bits, of course and shredded cheese... but just don't go nuts with them.

Yeah, I'll put shredded cheese on mine too. The light Italian dressing is a life-saver though as far as counting calories goes.

Gonna pick up some salmon fillets this weekend. I figure i'll bring a baked salmon fillet and some broccoli to work for lunch. I gotta stop eating these frozen meals at work. They usually have a low calorie content, but sodium is through the roof.

Any tips on some easy salmon recipe's for the oven? Nothing too complex, but enough to add some flavor.

Down 7 pounds today from this past Thursday. Blood pressure dropped down 10 points on the high end and 14 points on the bottom end. The plant diet is working great! Not only do I feel better, I have more energy and I'm reversing my high blood pressure numbers.

Worked out on the Airdyne Bike this morning and played soccer this evening for 90 minutes. Tomorrow I have to get in some hip hop abs and P90x.

Keep it simple........just a little butter and fresh dill in some aluminum foil.

You could pick it up from GNC, but it's likely cheaper online.

I bought a bottle of Green Tea Extract in capsule form and one hundred 500mg capsules cost around $20.00

I think they even do a liquid form of the extract, but I would rather get the capsule.

Yeah I have and it changed my life. You seriously go through everything joe did at first. The first couple days is hell since you're detoxing. I could only do it for 10 days but I kept juicing as part of my regular diet to this day.

Definitely one of the factors that helped me lose 70 pounds and getting off diabetes meds. Everything gets better, skin, hair, losing weight and your mind is way clearer.

It is expensive to maintain but if I'm gonna spend money, health would be priority.

I buy Green Tea Extract (along with all my other vitamins/supplements) at Wal Mart. I follow the directions, taking two in the morning and two at night.

I've been off pre workouts for a long time, but Muscle Pharm's Assault and N.O. X-Plode are both pretty solid without much of a post workout slump.

Jack3d and C4 are both terrible on the CNS, but those two I named seemed to do me better when I used them.

If and when I get back to lifting, I'll continue doing it without them. I can't believe how much just doing pushups has helped me maintain the muscle that I had built while lifting.

I use Assault now, and jack3d before the re-formulation, both did pretty good not sure how the re-formulated jack3d is though as I haven't tried it since.

I've used C4 and it practically did nothing for me, which is strange considering it's supposed to be one of the stronger pre-work outs on the market... Maybe I got a bad batch or needed to take more scoops?

Salt, pepper, dill, olive oil, peppers (red, green, yellow). Can splash lemon/lime juice if you want but not even necessary.

You aren't kidding about feeling great. Seriously, it's ridiculous. I am full of energy - just in a great mood. Work production was awesome, and people were asking what I was doing, etc. We had a pizza day at work today - and all I had to do was walk in and smell the flavors, and walked out.

The thought of meat/fish or chicken just doesn't sound good to me right now - especially after watching Forks over Knives, then seeing Rip explain the food part in Engine2Diet.

I'll have to check out the Urban Rebounder as well, sounds interesting. I play soccer as much as I can, so fitness won't be a problem - of course I've got a baby on the way in July so that might change a lot of things pertaining to fitness.

Awesome stuff again, bro - we gotta keep eachother accountable. I was thinking about starting something on youtube for a video journal - not sure I want to though

*off to order Engine2Diet book, already printed out the 28 challenge*

How are you doing brother? I watched the movie and all I can say is that I am not going back to the way I used to eat.

I got home and my parents made tacos.

I elected to eat, but I made a salad out of it instead. Seemed healthier than the alternate (shells) which have over 120 calories each.

I know It's not perfectly healthy, but at least I'm thinking right.
