Hey Armor i noticed that you said you control IR. Is there a way to manually injure a player similar to the show? or do you just turn off injuries and move injured players down on the depth chart?

No you can't create injuries like on The Show.

What I do is have injuries "on"

I check every teams injured list each week and if I see an injury that will keep a player out for the year I will IR them...generate a random number to see if they get sign a replacement. 1-50 they get the guy I want first for them. 51-100 they don't etc.

For example. Aarron Rodgers is done for the year in my current Dolphins CFM. I put him on IR and generated a random number to sign Matt Flynn. They got him.

Makes it fun. And keeps you in the loop of injury story lines around the league.

Eli tore his labrum in his throwing shoulder and is out for 4 weeks. Nassib comes in an crushes it throwing for 400 yard in 2 consecutive games. Giants defense is awful but it makes for exciting games.

Ok thanks Armor. I think im going to give 32 team franchise a try. Seems like a lot of work but im sick of starting over every time a new roster comes out. I like to keep the rosters accurate. Do you manually cut the players to match the real nfl 53 man rosters?

I think I might drop down to 12 or 13 minute quarters. Sure I get right amount of plays with 15/15, but the offensive numbers in my games are pretty high.

I just make sure key rookies are not cut for each team. Other than that i ket the CPU do it's thing for the most part.

Armor I know this your slider page but I'm asking you here because the patch thread is so damn negative I don't want to go there to read in it. Is the patch decent? Lmao I have Hughes net and I think it's actually slower than dial up so I'll prob be finished downloading the patch in about 3 days. I'm loving the game without the patch ha in a ball playing. Just wanted to get your thoughts. I hate reading a bunch of negative post so choose to try and steer clear. If people would spend more time playing the game and enjoying it for what it is they would see it's really not all that bad!
