Yeah, install the patch. Then, make sure you are prompted to install the tuner. You may have to restart the game after the first startup after patch installation.

well with the new sliders and all, I am experiencing really weird games. Unlike before it was actually enjoyable and realistic challenge. Now I am seeing the CPU QB % be ridiculously high and maybe miss 6 passes a game. I played against guys like Dalton, Johnny Manziel, Teddy Bridgewater, and one elite guy which was Aaron Rodgers. Aaron doesn't bother me but the rest of them just seem to dump the ball off or run slants and these little short passes. I think maybe 2 or 3 times a game I see them throw the ball 15 yards out and maybe once a deep bomb. I am playing as the Jaguars in my year 4 CFM and I got good CB, Safeties, and decent linebackers to play coverage. What I am commonly seeing is my guys somehow always getting beat by a slant no matter who it is. Then when I do play good coverage and everyone covered, I can't get pressure on the QB so guys get open again and easy completion. Then the User passing game my guys drop everything deep or at least 20 yards out or more. I got T.Y. Hilton, 2 year pro 88 overall Guy name pleasant who catch in traffic, spectacular catch, catching are all in the high 80's or medium 80's, then I got Allen Robison, And two other 1 year guys who are pretty decent. ( can't remember their stats.) I played at least 5 or more games and this keeps occurring. This ends up the CPU producing over 400 total yards every game and scores usually the CPU killing me like 10-38, 20-45, etc.

Maybe should I try deleting madden from my ps4 and reinstall all the updates and patches and start a new CFM? I honestly don't know why I am getting these weird games. I know I have the exact OP setup.

** Also I do mix up my coverages with zone, man coverage, align my guys, fake blitz, etc so I know it isn't on my part.

My issue is still getting high scoring games. Oh what i wouldn't give for a 13-10 game. Can't believe I'm saying that.

Short answer MVPeterson...try turning Ig back on in the main menu (it should already be on in the CFM per the op). I made that change to amp up the CPU offense a bit...maybe it is overkill..****bio, you might try the same

Jaa...seems like you're shutting down the CPU in your CFM. Any thoughts?

only 2 game sample against 2 teams record wise not the best, so not sure that has anything to do with it or not? So you have IG on in both now, because I have as OP shows.

I'm guessing relative strengths and weaknesses are playing a role for sure.

I haven't made any formal changes yet...I just made the suggestion to MVP and Co. if they want to explore. I'm taking a day or two off from Madden as I got bit by the NCAA bug again

While I think the IG setting suggested earlier may mute some of this, the annoying thing about virtually every EA game to-date is that if you stack your defense, CPU QBs can get all conservative like you described. It's a very tricky balance...one I've only been able to truly crack on one game (my current NCAA14 set)...and those sliders are different than M16s.

Try turning IG back "on" in the main menu as suggested earlier and see if it cleans it up. I loved the effect it had on the run game, but if it has a deleterious effect on how the CPU passing game works, that is problematic.
