I took a 6'5 WR with that's 1st round pick from Denver , a FS with my 1st round pick, gonna move Byron Jones to corner, I drafted 2 RBs, a TE, 2 CBs and an other 6'5 WR with my last pick. In free agency I lost JJ Wilcox, Morris Claiborne, David Irving and Terrance Williams. Jason Witten also retired on me. I signed EJ Manuel as my back up, Ted Ginn Jr, Aj Hawk, Micah Hyde.
I also traded away Doug Free and moved Lael Collins to RT.

Can I play Offense Only? Or are the stats, numbers, fatique etc. out of hand if I do this?

If you're speaking about my personal sliders I'm using for my cfm : Yes, I actually am. They're pretty fun for me and nothing to complain about, I will say I'm having a hard time getting the cpu to be between 60-70% completion but like I said it's something I'll just deal with. At least I can say the cpu is able to actually put together a good 10-14 play drive consistently. I've ran 7 full tests games. I'm gonna kick off week 1 of year 2 in a while or tomorrow. Not sure yet but I will share stats. There was a update to Modern Warfare Remastered yesterday and they added some new weapons so I've been motivated to try getting them lol (just like Madden I'm a HUGE Call of Duty fan)
