This is probably the best set posted so far!


Passing seems good, but the human and cpu run game needs major tweaking.


Also tackles are overpowered. Seeing some WWE type tackles lol

Agreed on both points; I'm just not going to do any more till the first 2-3 patches come out. I really think EA is going to tweak some stuff; kinda want to wait and get some time in.

I’m not familiar with EA’s patch habits. Do you think the glaring issues with the run game (especially cpu) will be patched relatively soon... in the next week or two... or would you expect longer? That’s the only major deficiency taking away from some of the enjoyment of the game for me atm.

Hard to say, but typically the first BIG patch is a month after release.


As for the CPU run game, I'm just not seeing the issues with this setup....been giving up between 125-150 yards per game

Hopefully I'll have time to give these a go tonight.

I keep seeing more and more slider sets going with 9 minutes and no accellerated clock. For as long as I can remember, I've used 15 minutes and 15 seconds left on the play clock. Is the 9 minute quarters ONLY to get fatigue or are there more to it?

I tried playing 9 minute quarters with another slider set and because I'm used to the 15 min + 15 sec acc clock it felt "wrong". I could probably get used to it, but just wanted to know what I would be missing if I stayed with my usual settings.

Not to speak for JoshC1977, but one of the big factors for 9 minute quarters and no accelerated clock was so the AI QB would make adjustments at the line.
There was also a lot of talk and testing last year that the game overall functioned better with 9 minute quarters. Fatigue through the course of the game being one the main positives. I have also heard that field degradation was better at 9 minute quarters.

Hey josh... Was wondering... In your testing, did u test strictly offline cfm??

I only ask because as i continue to work on my set... Ive noticed some differences in how the game plays between online an offline... Its all cpu related... And all for the better imo... Just seeing if u have looked at this if not.... If u would to see if im crazy or if u see the same as me.
