i noticed the same thing. pre play adjustment section for skills trainer everytime it wants you to audible to the run hb power , no matter which play you call or how you call it , is a fail. its hard enough as is with the plays your given vs the defensive coverage but having an auto fail is not right.

I get the opposite of this. My team, Tennessee, uses a 3-4, but introductions show as a 4-3.

Bug (Be Specific): I had 3 WR's out injured, so my WR depth chart included 2 WR's, some TE's and some RB's. Jordy Nelson was injured for 3 weeks, and I ran no huddle 2 minute offence for an 80 yard drive, and when I got to the goal-line, Jordy Nelson came in in the slot as if he was fit.

Game Mode Experienced In: CFM.

Can you reproduce it? How?: it has happened twice, so I'm guessing when there aren't enough players to fill the depth chart once fatigue subs are made?

When a player gets injured and in game and the animation/cut scenes still show that player. For example Matthew Stafford got injured and they still showed him running out on to the field when my offense would take over, show him in the huddle, etc. Same thing goes for Theo Riddick when he got hurt.

Only strange bug that happened to me.

Bug (Be Specific): I sacked Rodgers... he clearly fumbles... the announcers state that he fumbled. No one picks it up. It's treated like an incomplete pass but wasn't. I thought the game might freeze but it just went to the next play.

Pass Deflection and Catches Allowed stats are just for show. These do not record during played games, only during simulated games do these stat lines show up.

During offline CFM, the only formation sub adjustments I can make are for the default playbooks for the team, regardless of the playbooks I have chosen outside and inside the CFM.
This is on PS4, offline CFM.
I have deleted my initial franchise saves and began a new one, getting the same results.
