Bye Week Recap!

Miami, Fl - Its been a great four weeks for the hurricanes. They finally get that much need break, as they finish their non-conference gauntlet. Facing teams such as Michigan, South Carolina, Tennessee and Ohio State. Miami is 4-0 on the road and hasn't seen their sweet home since then. They since have one more road game before their 3 back to back home games. That game is against Clemson which would start Miami's conference play. Since joining the ACC back in 2004 Miami has yet to claim a ACC championship but that might change this year.

Is the "U" back to national dominate??

(The Golden Era in Full Swing)

This man right here has proven himself to be the one that bring the "swagger" back to the "U". After Lamar Miller went down Coach Golden was confident that someone will step up to fill that void Miller had left. Jacory Harris has seem to be that one person making a big stride from the first two game of the season where he was making mistakes left and right. Now after two weeks he seems to have gotten the offensive and the passing game under control. Now the question that remain is...Will the "U" get their 6th championship this year??

Coaches are every part of football as the players on the field.Whether it be head coaches, offense or defense coordinators. Coaches loose jobs every year after a season whether it be from firing or getting a better job else whether. Here are some of the coaches on the hot seat and the ones are safe for now!

Hot Seat
OC - Gregg Brandon [Wyoming] 28%
OC - Josh Skinner [Delaware] 30%
OC - Noel Mazzone [Arizona State] 30%
DC - George Barlow [New Mexico] 32%
HC - Tom O'Brien [NC State] 48%

Safe Jobs
DC - Bob Shoop [Vanderbilt] 83%
OC - Jeff Grady [Fresno State] 78%
HC - Rich Ellerson [Army] 76%

Defense

Defensive Tackle
Blake Perkins #8 Rated Defensive Tackle **** [3rd] Fl./UCF/Mia
- Blake Perkins announced his soft commitment to the gators. Miami might be out of the picture for Perkins.

Finally conference plays begins for the hurricanes. They take on the Clemson Tiger (3-1) while on the road once again. This looks to be their final road game before heading home. The Tigers who had upset in the matchup against FSU last week looks to do the same this week to Miami. Can the canes pull out one more road win before going home? Or will it be clemson that knock off the fierce hurricane!
